I don’t know if it was the owner or the manager but he’s something else, one of the nicest people I have ever talked to, he gave us an employee discount. I haven’t had great service from past Pizza Hut locations but this one was great. Thank you.

Tried this location a few times and unfortunately it’s the same thing every time. The times they quote are way off. Have waited at least 20-30 minutes over their “ready” time each visit when ordering online. Can’t imagine how long people wait when ordering in store. Staff always seems frazzled and doesn’t know what’s coming through the cooker (or forgets it entirely) and the pizzas just alright. You can find better pizza elsewhere and get it quicker. Can’t recommend them unfortunately.

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in several years. This experience at the Delano Pizza Hut (carry out) was exceptional! Very friendly staff and the pizza exceeded my expectations! It was delicious! I don’t often give 5 star reviews, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the pizza. The crust was great, as were the cheese and toppings. I would definitely go back. Keep up the good work!

We ordered a single pizza at 8:15pm. When the order was placed the tracker said 195-205 minutes for delivery. I immediately called to confirm this as I would have cancelled the order right away if so. I was told that they had slowed down now and that it wouldn’t be very long at all as there were only two orders ahead of me. Once I got the alert that it was out for delivery I waited about an hour (we are less then a mile away from the location) before calling to check and see where our food was. Jenny answered and informed me the driver had left a while ago and it should be to me soon. When I asked what kind of time line she had no idea but pretend to call the driver. After waiting on hold another 10 minutes she informed me that the driver had been driving around for 45 minutes trying to find the house that they were delivering to before me and that it would be around 20 more minutes. This put us at over 2hrs since I original placed the order. I informed her that I had called to verify it WOULDN’T be this long and there was no apology nothing. Cancelled the order and had Domino’s (which is 15 minutes away) in less then 30 minutes. We haven’t ordered from this Pizza Hut in over 6 years because of these types of issues and thought we would give them a try again since the family wanted stuffed crust. I definitely don’t recommend ordering from this location if you want a convenient delivery option at all. Dominos and no stuffed crust going forward it is.

Worked at a pizza shop for 10 years. This place is pretty good! Keep in mind, if you want the best experience, get carryout. Expecting a delivery to be to you in 30 minutes is unrealistic in 2022, doesn’t matter where you order from.

The pizza looked awful. I was just there 10 mins ago the green olives looked like they been sitting their for weeks there’s no pepperoni on it hardly any sauce it looks like something little caesers would make a $5 pizza versus $16 I want my money back…. I got my money back thankfully and also they made me wait 20 mins just sitting there. Terrible service
