I really like this take out location. It’s so close to me that I can pick up a to go order faster than a delivery especially on a busy weekend. I’ve always had friendly and efficient service at this location. If I time it right it’s extra quick to get an entire pizza there in less than 10 minutes! Keep up the delicious work! Pizza Hut is my childhood favorite so it’s a lovely reminder of a family treat of a pizza night. Gotta get the supreme on thin crust. Yum!

Ordered a Big Box wait was 85-95 minutes, fine. But they had DOORDASH deliver it. Driver dropped off and they brought a single large pepperoni pizza. That’s not worth the $45 I paid and they said that’s what they were given and left. So I DROVE to the store. Went in and told the young man I just paid $54(pizza & tip) for this pizza and it’s NOT mine. So he went to the warmer gave me mine and walked away. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. I paid $54 to get my own pizza? Why did they contract to door dash? If it was an employee from them it would have been resolved or corrected most likely. Will never order from them again. Filled out a survey and never heard back

Pizza hut has really gone downhill over the years but tonight’s experience was a new low. The pan pizza wasn’t crispy at all and the crust was soggy. Toppings and cheese were very cheap in quality. I would have been better off making a frozen pizza.

I ordered online and received part of my order. I ordered a pizza with beef, mushrooms and spinach, but they forgot to add the beef. I called to ask about the error and they were not able to find my order, even though I had a paid receipt from them. Bad customer service overall.

My partner and I orders are ultimate cheesy garlic bread bacon pizza and skinny it up pizza. We are await for an hours. Then we got and wrong order that skinny tip up with bacon. That’s suppose to have ultimate cheesy garlic bread bacon pizza. So I decide calling to Pizza Hut. Was like wow the manager and staff disrespectful to Deaf customer via phone as interpreter. And the manager treat me like low standard to him. He said, I don’t have time to talk with you and I’m busy with other customer” I was like what!?!? Treat me not like them. I told the manager and want money back with your awful attitude and disrespectful and he refused refund and he’s think I’m lie about order. Can you see the picture is that match that we have order!? Thats manger really make me pissed and unprofessional. Tomorrow, first thing I will call headquarter regarding of Manager and staffs were disrespectful to Deaf Customer. This is my first awful experience and I will never ever again to order that place!

Do NOT order delivery. Manager is rude, unhelpful and takes zero accountability. They said they have no control over mis-reported delivery timeframes. After an order was 45 minutes late I called into complain and was repeatedly told “there’s nothing I can do.” I asked to speak to a manager and he smugly said “speaking”. Pressed him for details and asked them to remake the pizzas that are undoubtedly cardboard by now since they were made 1.5 hours ago and he said I had to receive the first batch and call back and complain. Two small children waiting to eat. AVOID at all costs

I had sworn off the “Hut” years ago because the location we frequented was no good (probably why they went out of business). Rolled the dice on the Vinewood Ln location and I could not be happier. Pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly. I would give more stars if I could.
