I only order the NY style pizza with extra pepperonis and the last two times they messed up the order. The first time they screwed the order up twice. That being said the cashier/manager apologized profusely and gave me a credit for a free pie. The second time they gave me the extra pie. Whoever is cooking these pies aren’t paying attention to the tickets.

My initial gripe was placing an order for delivery twice but getting called that they have no delivery drivers. I was compensated for this by luckily not having to try and call the store. The number either routes to a call center or continues to ring and ring.Then on my third attempt I went in for carryout which makes me incredibly uncomfortable right now as I’m pregnant and trying not to get sick. The cinnamon rolls were burned and the boneless wings were hardly tossed in their sauce. I believe this was made by the man in flannel who seems to always be running the counter and I think his name is Andy. I was again compensated for this. My fourth attempt I decided to try curbside contact less. After 20 minutes of waiting after the ready time I tried to call but again it just rang. So I tried to wait until the lobby was clear to mask up and head inside. My interaction with Andy went poorly. I explained I was upset that no one tried to call me to let me know I needed to wait longer. I had no clue if my food was sitting there getting cold. And I didn’t want to go in currently at risk. He claimed it wasn’t done (I could see my wings done and up in the fryer basket and the only other thing was a small cheese pizza) and they were too busy to call. I pressed I didn’t want to come in and Andy walked away. Originally I turned to the door but decided to cancel my order. Not worth getting bad food after that or getting compensated yet again. Unfortunately I had to shout in the restaurant to get the third employee I had seen at the store to come from the back to refund my order. If there are 3 people there how couldn’t one call me? The black bearded guy who helped me with a refund wasn’t sorry or overly friendly but he wasn’t as rude as Andy.

Driver didn’t feel my tip was sufficient enough for him. Once I opened the boxes of pizza, both were curled at the back of the box as if they had slid off of his seat in transit. Both crusts were soggy and the pizza was not even warm.

Received a Supreme Pan pizza via delivery. Crust did not look or taste like a Pan crust. Messaged them a number of times, with promises that it would be dealt with…nothing. Seriously, is it worth it to just not address complaints? Never going back to them.

The pizzas are very good and cheap. A Large pepperoni pizza (the largest) was less than $7, but my 2 kids ate it! I had to order another one for my wife and myself

Quantity of food for the price is way off. Coupon used does not include everything shown. Big box shows pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Bread and cinnamon sticks you get charged extra to add to the box when the coupon states they are included. The delivery fee is a bit excessive especially since it does not go to the driver. Food was barely warm when it arrived which is odd because delivery was fast.

DON’T SHOP HERE! 2 days ago, I placed an order. With my order I ordered a Dr pepper, apparently they didn’t have any so instead of asking or refunding me they brought a root beer. 2nd the driver told me it’s cold can I have a tip, I told him I didn’t have it. So today I get a notification from my bank stating my transaction went from 67.45 to 72.45. He tipped himself!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
