My family of 4 were hungry and blindly ordered from here without looking at the reviews!! We hadn’t ordered Pizza Hut in years, was super disappointed!!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND BUYER BEWARE!!! The only good thing was the delivery time. To start there was missing items from my order, beverages and extra ranch sides that I paid for. When trying to call the store, no answer. Half of my order was undercooked and cold. Not sure if the bread sticks aren’t precut these days. Was surprised to see I was literally given a big piece of bread that was supposed to be my bread sticks. That I then had to cut into pieces, that was weird. Also did they stop providing marinara sauce? Boneless wings were cold with little to no sauce. Cheese on my buffalo chicken pizza wasn’t even cooked! Giving it a 2 star for the delivery.

Paid almost $100 for just two family combos pizza deals. Delivered after an hour late and pizzas were burnt on the side. Pasta was delicious but wings were small and too much sauce. It was a Thursday’s night. Not satisfied & not worth it. =“(

We upgraded to cheese sticks and got regular bread sticks. We didn’t even get any marinara. We tried calling to resolve the issue and the line disconnected.

This place charges a delivery fee to pay doordash. But then I can’t tip doordash. So the driver gets nothing and the greedy owner who refuses to pay a living wage to drivers takes the fee. When the pizza arrived an hour later, it was cold. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS GREEDY CAPITALIST POS.

TERRIBLE. I was craving original stuffed crust and pan pizza. Hadn’t had it years- so, we thought of pizza hut. They were ‘out of stock’ for pan pizza. We ordered stuffed crust. When we picked it up, the curbside peeps decided to take a smoke break first. Finally got our pizza and it was half cold, STALE, with a true cardboard taste to the crust.. I have never had such horrible pizza. Was very disappointed and disturbed. We even tipped these employees for horrible food.

I hadn’t visited this Pizza Hut location in a few years. I was pleased to find that the quality and service have remained the same. The person who took our order was friendly and polite. I lost track of time and he even brought the pizza out to our car. That was very kind and thoughtful, and I truly appreciate that.

The first time I ordered stuffed crust for pick up and the pizza was cold and the cheese was solid. We did go pick it up when it notified that it was ready. I decided to give it another chance tonight for delivery and happy to say, our order arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and was fresh & hot!!! I guess it can be a hit or miss with my past experience and the other reviews.

Whatever you do don’t order from here. I use to work at this location and the DM Tyler GM Andrew and AGM Ali don’t care if the dough and ingredients are fresh and up to standards. They had week old dough that should have been thrown out 2 days after it was prepared. They would use the week old dough and week old ingredients to make the food. The dough was not useable anymore and the “fresh ingredients” always had mold on it, making customers sick. If you ever gave a poor tip they would purposefully mess up your order and most times burn it or give it to door dash knowing it would take more then an hour to get out the door so the food was never fresh.
