I ordered online, about a 40$ purchase. …An hour after the expected delivery time, I tried to call the store to see what was wrong. No answer. Repeatedly. I drove down to their store in person to get answers. They were closed due to a fire that had happened three days earlier. Despite this, they still accepted my order and CHARGED me for it. All forms of customer service tell me to take it up with the store itself. …which will not answer calls. Absolute Scam, Not ordering again.

Ordered the big meal box one bacon one pepperoni, got delivered 2 pepperoni pizzas with hardly any cheese. The breadsticks were over cooked but some how soggy, and hardly had any of the breadstick seasoning on it ( which is the best part). I hate doing bad reviews, but 50 plus dollars and only one of the 3 pizzas and breadsticks were decent. Pretty disappointing.

I’ve ordered from here 5-6 times past year or two an without a doubt it’s ALWAYS late and not like 10ish mins late. It’s about two sometimes three HOURS late. Also had a buddy work here.. not the best job.

When we first moved to Cottage Grove we were excited that we actually had a Pizza Hut and it WAS ACTUALLY good. The last 3 orders we placed had missing/wrong items. This time topped the cake. We did pick up. My fiancée got there and watched a worker place our order in the warmer and then claim they couldn’t find it. They got the manager and finally after 15 minutes found our order where she had placed it 15 minutes ago. Then they couldn’t find the $15 credit from our previous order. Finally after 30 minutes after the pick up time promised we got our pizza home. One of the pizzas was missing a topping and the other was missing the “extra” of the topping ordered and paid for. When we called back they ran out of one of the OTHER toppings ordered on the originally messed up pizza. They offered to “credit” our account AGAIN. Honestly, after the “credit” that we have( that our daughter and MIL will use cause it’s free) we won’t be ordering again. So dissapointing. Coming from a manager/owner you should fix the problem instead of continuing to apologize. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Id give zero stars if I could. This location is a total clown show. An hour and a half after my order was placed, the tracker said out for delivery when I got a call from the store telling me it *hadn’t even been started yet* and that it would be another HOUR. They offered me a refund to cancel the order which I agreed to.

Ordered pizza, Detroit style (first time). When I called and asked for sauce, she did offer a whole new pizza which I said I didn’t need, just the sauce. Then she laughed as she said she would send it out. Super unprofessional and rude. You shouldn’t be laughing, it’s a simple process to make the pizza someone paid for and no one should have to call to get what they paid for..
