Used to love Pizza Hut- not so much anymore. Pizza was way too doughy for hand tossed and the breadsticks are NOT how they used to be. Doughy and not crisp like they always used to be. Delivery driver was friendly and the bbq chicken pizza was good but what we got was NOT worth the price!! You should’ve left things the way they were Pizza Hut!!

We were told 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. We got a text telling us 9 minutes for delivery. Which is 45 minutes from when we ordered. Ended up being 65 minutes after we ordered. Pizza hut is 8 to 10 minutes from my house. It took 26 minutes to get to my house.

Outstanding service! I had a long day and last thing I wanted to do was cook after cooking and entertaining all weekend for the holiday. I was delivered the wrong pizza (these things happen) I called them up and they had offered to re-make my pizza. I’m not sure if they now normally use door dash, but one of their staff members came and delivered my pizza because they felt their driver would take too long and didn’t want me yo have to get a cold pizza. Now that’s some service you just don’t really see much anymore these days. Good work Pizza Hut!! Thank you!

Staff was great, food wad ready for pickup on time. Why is it so hard when I even request for well done or extra crispy because the pizza is always doughy and tastes undercooked its still doughy and undercooked! I still had to get the thing home and bake it another 20 min. Common guys.

Over an hour wait until it was out for delivery. 1st pizza had the wrong onions and was missing banana peppers. 2nd pizza was ordered with light sauce and came with extra sauce. Wings had no lid and were cold by delivery. Cheese stick had next to no cheese and came with a small sized sauce.

Ordered @630 confirmed @730 to be delivered @830….. Family’s basic sooo wings and a CHEESE pizza. After an an hour late I received a PEPPERONI pizza.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My pregnant vegetarian fiancé is livid. Called @940 and was told they were closed… like I get New Year’s Eve but 940?????????? GTFUH. Then was told they can’t refund money! So I was ROBBED for 50$. I had to walk to Quik Trip for a cheese pizza before I could eat the wings. I took a few bites for the trip. I’ll be in touch.
