This place has gone downhill. Ordered online tonight at 5:50pm, got the email saying food would be delivered around 6:35. No food showed. Called close to 7:30pm and they informed me the food would be delivered @ 8:06. Unbelievable. When I called, the girl then said there was no way to cancel or get a refund, and before hanging up the phone I could hear her speak to someone about me in a mocking tone. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Pizza tasted fine, this restaurant smells humid and gross. Like a dirty play place in 2003. The carpet quite literally sticks to the bottom of your shoes, and the guy behind the counter looked like he hadn’t showered in a week.

Awful experience. Ordered a large and I got a medium. Ordered half and half pizza and it was 2 slices with one topping and the rest was wrong. No customers were in the building and it still took 30 minutes. Will definitely never return. This place is garbage.

Well this goes in the books for worse phones delivery experience in all my life.. called and phone rang for 10mins .. was long I forgot I was waiting for someone to pick up.. the lady take my order complete transaction says 30/40mins.. wait about that time to call to make sure everything is good.. no answer called for 20 mins because store was closing soon… Then drive to the location door was locked before closing time and employees ingored my knock.. so from 8pm til 10 had 3 hungry kids and my self waiting for food that never came or a answer or call of what happen.. the best part call today to explain my trouble with my order nothing was done to redeem this situation.. thanks pizza hut.. worse experience ever. I usually dont write reviews but after what happened today I had to do something… My order never showed up over 30min after getting the text that it was out for delivery so I called to check on it. The guy who answered said it should have been delivered and even said to me that it could have gotten delivered without me seeing even tho I was watching for them. He hung up on me while I was talking (nicely) so I called back got the call center and was told they didnt know what happened but would remake food and bring it. About 40 minutes later we finally received our order but it was overcooked and hard. The cheese breadsticks didnt have much cheese on them and it was hard to cut them apart.. I took a pic because I wanted to get my money back but after the way I was treated I’m not sure I want to even try. We cant afford to order out often and usually love pizza hut so we are very upset we wasted money on food we didnt eat and were disrespected by the staff.
