Giving the 3 star the benfit of the doubt, more like 2.5. Havnt been to a pizza hut in years since doing pizza reviews. From the website being difficult to use compared to a marcos or little Ceasars. We ordered the big box with 3 pizzas, 2 sausage and 1 pepperoni with a double order of classic breadsticks. The bread sticks had very little taste, not cut at all had ti rip them apart. The Mariana sauce was also lacking flavor and not like I remember. Pizzas in my opinion was also not what I remember, under cooked sauce had little flavor and topping taste cheap. Edges used to have a burnt edge that really gave the pizza good flavor and no crunch at all around the edge. I will prob not be going back to pizza hut for a while and really disappointing from what used to be with pizza hut

They are a little disappointing. We ordered a veggie pizza with a few extra toppings on one half, but they left off some of the original veggie pizza toppings, which turned it into something that tasted totally different and not as good. Mistakes happen, but they were unwilling to offer a refund – only a future credit. I take issue with this, since a mistake by Pizza Hut today is only resolved at a future time, and the burden is put on the customer.

We ordered Wings cheese sticks & pizza . The wings & cheese sticks were warm the pizza was cool. This was our second order and delivered the exact same way. Hopefully they figure it out.

It was late after a busy day and my husband and I decided it was a Pizza Hut night since we were both craving the breadsticks. We picked up the order on our way home and wow! The building was clean inside and out and the employees were friendly and “customer ready” – shirts were tucked in, long hair was tied back, etc. I will definitely being ordering again.

Coupons offered online for downloading the app were no good and when I asked about it in store, they had no clue what I was talking about. As far as the pizza goes, WHERES THE TOPPINGS??? Now, a meatLOVERS pizza SHOULD have MEAT, don’t expect to see it with this pizza. The “meat” was finely chopped pieces of who knows what and the sausage pieces were the tiniest we’ve seen anywhere. The flavor was not great and the edges were burnt. We won’t be going back.

Ordered the big New Yorker after seeing the commercial with those large pizzas covered in two kinds of pepperoni. Clicked on the image of that xl slice covered in pepperoni and checked out. Picked it up and was shocked to find a cheese pizza – and a disgusting one at that. Everyone agreed worst pizza we’ve ever had. Cardboard crust, dry, unmelted cheese, terrible flavor. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time and it looks like it will be another very long time before I order from Pizza Hut again. Looked nothing like the commercial, photo, or any reviews/photos from people online. Just horrible.
