Whelp, 3 weekd in a row we’ve gotten bad service or messed up orders. This use to be a great place with great customer service and fast pick up times like 10-15 min fast. Now you go here and the service lacks. Our order was over 15 min late today. Everyone i saw were on their cell phones. Don’t know if management changed or not but PH needs to look into it.

My workplace had a meeting, and more people than expected showed up so we had a last minute order for 50 people. I felt so terrible calling with only an hour and a half (if that) notice for that big of an order. The Manager was incredibly kind and rather than being frustrated with me, she thanked me for the business and was so helpful making sure I got my coupons used and everything I needed. When I showed up, they were boxing up the last pizza and it was all ready to go. They were right on time and even helped take the order to my car. The entire order was correct and Fresh! Every face was smiling and this was likely the best interaction I think I could have had at a Pizza Hut. Thank you all so much!

Ordered online for pickup; asked for it to be done around 45 min later. When I got there they said it would be five more minutes. When they brought it out it wasn’t even hot.

If you like your wings to have alot of sauce, or any sauce for that matter then don’t order from here or be prepared to order alot of extra sauce. Almost every time I order boneless honey bbq wings they come with barely any sauce on them

I love the customer service , they all deserve a raise. My favorite here is the boneless wings. On a average day medium Buffalo, but during a packer game hottest Buffalo with blue cheese. I ordered from Buffalo wild wings and believe it or not Pizza Hut has better wings. I dont even know if the meat was chicken that I got from Buffalo wild wings. I know it sounds crazy but with covid all restaurants I’ve been eating at have gone to the gutter except pizza Hut. This place is my favorite reliable restaurant.

The guy who answered the phone was super nice, they were very helpful and found deals for me and pretty much exactly what I wanted, before I knew I wanted it. I’ve never had a pizza with something wrong and I have actually recommended this place to people I’m with when I’m in town. Great pizza place. 10/10

They had a delivery person out, so I paid for the delivery charge but called and they said I could pick up the pizza to save time…they credited me the delivery charges and made it very easy to refigure the order/pick up.
