If it’d let you do no stars at all then I would in a heartbeat. I was HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with Pizza Hut on my delivery last night, Feb. 24, 2023. I wasn’t able to eat half of the almost $17 pizza at all because the sauce was completely dried into the crust and it was oddly hard. Pizza looked like it sat under a heating lamp for hours and was not even hot let alone warm at all when I received it. I am highly disappointed and very upset with this Pizza Hut. It’d be nice to hear back from someone at Pizza Hut about this problem because no customer should receive their food looking and tasting the way the pizza did. Amazing host. Pizza was fresh, hot and exactly how I ordered. Friendly service. Did not get his name, but dude was a trip. Funny and did what he could to keep people happy. A Girl came in with attitude to get her order and dude prevailed by not letting her get the upper hand. I believe she was even more mad because he handled it so well without getting ignorant back. Score 1 for the pizza dude!

Just ordered food from this location, 2 pizzas, 2 orders of bread sticks, was over $73! Insane especially since they messed up the ordered. Called the store, didn’t answer phone for over an hour when did have someone answer they just set the phone down and walked away. Stayed on phone listening to employees yell at each other for half and hour with no help in solving issue with order when I gave up. Worst customer service I have ever had, and insane price. Could have had far better food elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Will never order food from here again. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this place.

I ordered pizza and scheduled it 1 hour before we were going to eat the pizza. They made it 30 min early and it went out for delivery. It’s been roughly 2 hours and the pizza is not here.

Last several pizzas I ordered were supposed to be Thin and Crispy but they were barely cooked. My pizza last night was to be a veggie lovers and it only had olives, about a whole can, tomatoes and mushrooms. They keep getting worse.

Amber is terrible manager that puts her hands on customers. Refuses to give refund, refuses to give receipt. Acts like getting corporates # is an impossible task that I’m not capable of myself. $17 for a uncooked pizza, sauce cold, dough uncooked. Some of us work hard for our money and like a hot meal that we pay for. I’d prefer not to have idiots extort people for money, making garbage. Then corporate is foreign and takes 15 minutes on the phone. Completely skillless and careless Pizza Hut.

I waited for an hour and a half for my order which was bought and paid for in advance when it got to my house the two liter of Pop was missing two out of the three toppings were not on my pizza and the sauce that they provided was maybe a quarter full as if they ran out of pizza sauce and did not want to make more to my order of breadsticks. I called The Establishment five times with no answer to even speak to them about my complaints of my order
