I’ve order a family size epic pizza box, we’ve got everything included, bread sticks, pizzas An also the boneless, BUTTTT the boneless Wings are RAW, I’ve Tried the wing an I was chewing on complete RAW chicken like I was eating something rubbery, which is disgusting, I’ve called back an the costumer service was bad communication skills, she didn’t want to talk to a costumer the correct way. How it should be. Never going to that Pizza Hut again, if you use the fryers drop the wings correctly.

Cold food after taking 2:45. Hours to deliver and there is a possibility I was food poisoned by the undercooked pizza. I’ve been sick and throwing up since I tried to eat a slice ! Pizza Hut used to be my favorite restaurant. I almost always have at least one problem with my order, prices have gone WAY up, and now, food is delivered through DoorDash, resulting in it taking way longer and arriving cold with no way to hold PizzaHut accountable. No longer eat here.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ordering, EVER! I tried to 1st order online with the deal the pizza hut website showed, however…it’s not available at this location. Okay, I understand. I plug in my order and go to checkout. For some technical error reason, my card information would not go through, it kept giving me some error saying to re-enter card info and try again. After several attempts, I decided to just call the store and place an order over the phone. A gentleman answers and I briefly explain my situation trying to order online…instead of saying “I’m sorry that’s not working. What can I get you?” The guy is going back and forth with me saying “did you enter the right card info?” “Did you try refreshing the page?” “Maybe it’s the device your using”. He’s having me “troubleshoot” and try this and that. I’m trying to just order my dinner and feed my baby at the same time! After he tells me it’s maybe the device I’m using, I’m like, “I have a desktop, I suppose I could try that later” and he’s like “okay” …. I’m like “I can’t try that right now I’m feeding my 9 month old baby!” And he’s like “okay”….I’m a very patient person, but by this time I was so furious because the time he took (4 minutes 57 seconds to be exact) to have me try this and that, he could have just taken my phone order! I literally told him I was just going to call domino’s. And I did. Got a better deal and was on and off the phone in 2 minutes. I do NOT recommend this place! Horrible customer service, and I say that because I actually WORK in customer service!! Very upset!

Did NOT get my order when the app said I would. I waited for almost 3 hours for the pizza that I ordered. If ordering ahead, do a pick up instead of delivery. Will not be ordering again for a long time.

Got severe food poisoning here. DO NOT EAT HERE. Normally I’m pretty bullet proof when it comes to food poisoning. But not yesterday. There’s definitely code violations if I got sick.
