While visiting my daughter place we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. I decided to order the big New Yorker, but instead of pepperoni we decided on chicken and bacon. Man, the pizza was hot, great delivery timing, and it was delicious. Everyone agreed it tasted different than any other pizza we have ordered from there. And it was really big.

Everything tasted good, but the order was wrong. We wanted the pizza square cut, it wasn’t. I ordered spicy garlic boneless wings, the wings were mild Buffalo. I ordered blue cheese and didn’t receive the sauce.

Ordered lunch for my kids and I. Said it would be 60-70 minutes. Ok, Wednesday at 12:30 must be busy. An hour later I got a message saying my order is out for delivery. 30 minutes later, nothing. So I call. Very polite man apologizes, says they only have one driver. Said it should be there any minute. Shows up less than 5 minutes later. Got 8 boneless wings, package is completely crushed chicken was cold and soggy (i ordered no sauce on them). Got a personal pizza and 20 oz – pizza was cold, pop was warm. Ordered a double order of breadsticks and 4- 20oz. Breadsticks were cold and hard and I did not receive my 4 drinks. Called and talked to the same person. He did apologize, and I am waiting for my replacement meal as we speak. I was assured it would not take 90 minutes. I am hoping for my whole order this time.

We ordered Pizza Hut a few days ago, and to be honest, the order was a complete mess – the pizza crust was wrong, barely any toppings, was lukewarm. I called to report our experience and was immediately offered a $30 credit! We redeemed the credit this evening with a Triple Treat Box, upgraded to include a specialty Taco pizza. We were impressed with the ease of redeeming the credit, and how fast were able to get our food. As I entered the store, I noticed it was clean and orderly and I was immediately greeted by Sterlin. Even with a mask, you could tell Sterlin had a smile on his face and was pleasant to speak with. Overall, a good experience.

Placed an order at the shop as a take out. The staff was very helpful and helped me select just the right amount of pizzas for the number of people I had. Service was quick and the food tasted great. Will definitely be visiting again.
