I ordered delivery. 20 minutes after it said out for delivery, I called the store. I was at first told to wait 15 minutes and call back, but when I said it had already been 20 minutes, she said she would call the delivery driver and call me back. After a half hour, and no return phone call, my husband drove to the store to find my order still sitting there. Was told they called an Uber for my food and the driver hadn’t shown yet, so I was also lied to. We love 3 minutes from location, but was in the process of moving and wanted it delivered for ease

This location has made one mistake in at least 10 orders, and it was an accident. I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor. I love their app and the flexibility it offers for getting the food. I also love the fact that I get free breadsticks now and then, thanks to their rewards program.

My pizza had very little cheese and lots of sauce (asked for light on sauce) The crust was off tasting and had hard like a cracker on spots on it. I called and received another pizza which was slightly better. But the crust was still bad. I got nauseated and had diarrhea from it. I won’t be ordering again from Pizza Hut

Ordered the new melts. Buffalo Chicken. The melts were salty AF and the new melts are a complete rip off. Thin crust folded over with very little chicken and cheese, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and obviously obsessive salt. I tried to call them, they keep hanging up on me with no words. Not the worst employees. Just the manager or managers need to be replaced. I’m pretty sure Vicky over salted my melts, so I won’t order again due to a burnt pizza box dinner in the past. You win, Vicky. I will never order from your Pizza Hut again.

Experience at the J Street SW branch in Cedar Rapids, IA in the evening of 3/4/23 was absolutely horrible!! Got wrong pizza the 1st time as it was delivered then talked to Tanner(MOD) and I was completely lied to for over 4 hours and still did not receive any replacement even though was promised 5 different times.

I ordered the big new Yorker with pepperoni and mushrooms. very little pepperoni and no mushrooms came on the pizza. Also very little cheese and I don’t know that there was any sauce on it. WORST pizza I’ve had in a long time but it sure looked good in the commercial.

waiting times are beyond what they tell you.. run out of what you order and send you whatever looks best.. delivery times exceeding what they tell you and then when you call and ask oh they driver said no one answered the door they just a hut full of lies.. seems they need some better management in there because they weren’t this bad when I first started ordering from them they definitely have went downhill.. I LOVE pizza and loved pizza hut but this is making me want to look elsewhere especially for the prices we pay now..

55 minutes after message that my order was out for delivery, my 3 pizzas and 3 breadsticks finally showed up and it cold and gross.. I will never order again and Jake or Jacob who answered when I called was rude and said they were busy. Wouldn’t Check on my delivery or nothing.. he could have cared less…
