Make sure you call the store or that you’re standing in front of it before ordering online. Apparently their posted hours are merely suggested times. And if you wind up calling customer service, be prepared to wait as long as it takes for no one in the store to fix your pizza. In other words, don’t bother.

Estimate for delivery was 35 minutes and an hour and 40 minutes later I called and my pizza was still at the store. They could not tell me when it would be delivered. I asked if they would refund my money or just give me credit. The person on the phone was trying to be nice. She apologized. She said she would call me if the pizza was still coming in 15 minutes. Let’s see if she does or if I’m out 20 bucks. Door Dash does their deliveries so the charge is steep.

Why can’t we give zero stars? Placed an online order at 7:13 p.m. which said it would be delivered by 8:05 p.m. I even got the text confirmation. I kept watching for progress and it made it to pizza being made, but not past that. Tried calling at 8:15. Phone was busy first, then rang so long I got a Verizon message that they weren’t answering. Called again and manager answered, she said the order never came through to them. She made no offer to make it right. My debit card has a pending charge. She says it will not completely process, but I will be keeping a close eye on my account. Avoid this place. If I want Pizza Hut, I will literally drive across town to Coralville.

I ordered a ny pizza for delivery last night with some boneless and traditional wings. The only thing that was delivered was the pizza which appeared to be under cooked. We called and spoke with a woman who was clearly under the influence. She kept hanging up the phone on me so I had to go explain in person and return the pizza back. The at the front was nice but the lady in the back making the pizzas was very rude and come to find out she was the one that was rude on the phone.

Just don’t go or order from here. Lady answered the phone the first time and said “Pizza Hut can I help you?” All nice and I was like ya can I place an order for delivery? Got hung up on, then got hung up on the next 3 times I called. After reading other reviews glad I didn’t even get to place an order. Just go to pizza ranch they were super nice

Consistently decent food. Pick it up yourself, though. Burning Hot Buffalo sauce is actually pretty hot. A nice change from what a lot of places call hot or spicy. It’s a tiny location so if you’re ordering during a busy time, be prepared to wait. It’s the only Pizza Hut left in town.

I have never left a review on anywhere because i don’t care that much. This , however, was the wildest presentation of food I’ve ever gotten. Every worker there just kinda seemed retarded and it’s embarrassing anyone there was even allowed a job let alone Pizza Hut if you’ll count that as a job.

The worst pizza delivery experience I’ve had in my life. My pizza never arrived despite the person in the store telling me twice on the phone that it was on the way and it should be there in the next 15 minutes. There was no offer to make things right when, after waiting two hours, I went to the store to see where my pizza was. They just said it was out for delivery and there’s nothing else they could do in the store.

The worst pizza in the state. First off, they didn’t even have wings available the day I ordered. Second, they called to tell me they were out of some of the sauce to make two of the items in my order and would have to substitute. Third, my order was 45 minutes late. Fourth, they didn’t even have my order correct when it finally did arrive. No extra cheese, despite paying for it, pork sausage instead of sliced beef. If they marked their prices down by 90% you would still be overpaying for this garbage. You’re better off going literally anywhere else.

whenever I order chicken wings they give me less quantity, so if I order for 12 wings they give me 10 etc. and the store is always in poor hygiene conditions
