Ordered my pizza at 6:37 PM did not arrive till 8:47 PM did not have my plates. My pop seasoning, everything I’m supposed to go with. It paid extra to have it done. And I only live 2 miles away but I have a broken foot input. Supposed to be real quick, fast. And it cost me $30. I’ll never order there again.

Had the BEST pizza last night from this location. Usually when a thin crust is ordered, places skimp on sauce, cheese & toppings so it winds up tasting like a cracker. I tasted EVERYTHING on this pizza & even the leftovers are phenomenal! Thanks!

I got curbside, and the lady came out with the wrong order. Then, after waiting 10 min, I went inside and they had an issue with one of the monitors but I already paid for my pizza it was just getting it but she was so focused on the phone and you hade 4 other crew members watching her freak out and customer at the door and all they did was continue talking. After another 5 min, I noticed my pizza was just chilling in the open getting cold. I told her, “Can I just please get my pizza?” My pizza was cold at that point. Worst experience. The pierce st location never has my chicken alfredo. Sometimes they are closed when it says they should be open. Ill call to check and no one will pick up. Id rather go the other location but they dont deliver. Im done with pizza hut. I redeemed what rewards i had and now shutting my account with the app off.

Ordered the New York Pizza (double pepperoni) No pepperoni when got it. Had to drive it back in since they didn’t answer phone. Night manager said they wouldn’t remake it or fix their mistake as they were too busy.

The quality of food has decreased. Breasdsticks dry and burned and pizza still cold in the center! Looks like it was only cooked long enough to melt the cheese. The only thing that is still good is the chicken wings. Also spent that $0.75 cents (each) for 3 more sauces and got none. The dried breadsticks didn’t even come with any! Tried to contact and got hung up on twice. I will stick with the Broadway location.
