Tried to dine-in the restaurant & they don’t have service. They make you walk up to the window. One of the employees was rude. It’s bad to hear from kids they bad talk about you while you’re not there. Never again am I going back.

I try to order online 3 times for delivery and it keep asking me to enter my car and car color ( not my debt card )My car like I’m picking up which I was order delivery I double checked to make sure it said delivery!!!!!!! So I call the store spoke to manger I’m guess bc no one addressed themself and phone was just pass around. I ask them what I could do to fix the problem bc I have points for a free bread stick and if I call them could they see my points and just add it to my order and I order on phone and pay with debt card that way?? She told me idk what to tell u but no we can’t do that so I than said if I can’t fix it in ten minutes on my Pizza Hut app I would just order from somewhere else!!!! And she act like she could care less she lost a customer which my bill was over $50 .. I finally got it fix but as a MANGER help your customers !!!! It took me over 20 more mins to order bc my toddle wanted pizza so I try and try and finally got the app to work. It’s not my fault the app was messing up and if u can look up my name and number over the phone how can u not see my rewards points?????? Pizza Hut needs. Upgrade ASAP !!!!!!!!!!

I had made an online order. I had received the wrong wings. I had called to let them know abiutnthe mistake. I did not ask for any replacement. They were very polite. They fixed every thing even when I told them I was still happy with what I received. I will always order my pizza and wings from this location

The service was good, our waitress was nice and friendly. But we were seated at a table that had a bug in the booth. Then my wife and brother were served in dirty glasses 3 time and we were also given 2 dirty plates. We were pleased with the food and the staff but they need to better their dish washing system as that was a huge problem.

First and foremost our Pizza Hut here in Denison IA is no longer a “dine in” restaurant which is disappointing! Second, my breadsticks were just lukewarm and the sauce was cold. I had to put my mini pizza in my oven when I got home because it wasn’t all the way done. This isn’t the first time I’ve had troubles with pizza undercooked. I won’t be ordering again from here because I’ve tried to give it several chances and I keep coming up disappointed .

Pre-ordered my pizza for a later time. When I arrived they said it was halfway through the oven, then 10 minutes later was told the same thing. Recieved my order 25 minutes late. Have my order ready on time if I every go to that Pizza Hut again.
