They don’t have servers anymore so you walk up to the front after looking at the menu getting everything ordered. Get your own drinks and they come and bring it out to you. When we were there it wasn’t that busy. The napkins weren’t restocked the utensils weren’t restocked. Took them 20 minutes to clean off a table after they left. Person at the register was not attentive at all and all they were doing was on their phone at the register. We had a spill and I had to interrupt. They’re talking with the kitchen about non-work related stuff to ask for a towel to wipe stuff up. And I wiped it up. I took care of the ice and plates and put it on their counter while she stood there. Place has gone downhill bad.

Don’t go to the Cherokee Pizza Hut; unless you want to find random stuff on your pizza! And then when you take it back for a refund, as after finding that you kind of lose your appetite. They just tell you they have given you some store credit because they no longer are allowed to issue a refund. No thank you Pizza Hut, you can keep my 6.00 and some change in store credit, because I will not be returning back here! I will drive to the next closest Pizza Hut, before I bring you my money again!

When delivering to a hotel providing plates and napkins is always appreciated. I also asked for one of the pizzas to be cut into squares and it was not cut into squares. My son is autistic and I had to convince him it was the same as back home just different shapes. Not easy. Plus side: pizza was delicious and I was very pleased with the look of the stuff crust! Much better than back home! Keep up the great work!

Trashy service will charge you for items not received and when trying to settle the issue and being totally respectful . the weekend manager will hang up on you multiple times will definitely tell everyone i know to go elsewhere. Trash service equals lost customers and our family gas lived in Cherokee for years guaranteed loss off 200 or more a month

I had two different wing varieties in my order. One Burning Hot and the other mild. They turned the labels around. It did not take more than one bite by my daughter to figure this out…..since she went screaming into the kitchen for milk. It is not a huge deal….but, it could be for others. Other than that, our order was fine and ready to go.

I submitted an order online and the order did not submit. I entered it again and it confirmed the 2nd AND i got a text the 2nd time (nothing came after the first submission didnt process). I had no idea that the order duplicated — it was originally $50 worth of food. Upon receipt of the order, when they saw it was an exact duplication, they should have called. Instead, I was charged $100 in pizza and didnt realize it had even happened until the delivery came and there was 2 of everything. I wont order online again and surely hope if this happens to someone else, the restaurant has the good sense to call and confirm first.
