WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF ABLE. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. CALLED AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF AND SPOKE TO A VERY UNHELPFUL PERSON. APPARENTLY, THE LOCAL STORE WAS CLOSED. I WAS TOLD I WILL GET A CREDIT, IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO FIGURE OUT IF I ACTUALLY WILL BE CREDITED. COMMUNICATION FROM WHOMEVER I SPOKE WITH AND THE STORE SEEMS TO BE POOR BC I WAS ASKED TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE RATHER THAN INFO ON GETTING MY CREDIT. I WOULD BE MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE IF THEY WOULD JUST CREDIT IT BACK TO MY CARD.

Used to be Great but now not so good. Here’s the details ordered my 2 mediums got told one price then got to register was told it was another conflicting prices all over the place. Second the family ate the 1st pizza we felt fine, and then we opened the Second pizza and dug right into it.. Half the family got sick overnight from a topping on the Second medium pizza. We got food poisoning from the order.

Absolutely the best Pizza Hut i have had in a while. Thank you. The Pasta and breadsticks were so good. I especially loved the Personal Pan Pepperoni Pizza. It was Cheesy and Crispy just like I like it. I most definitely will be returning to this Location.

Horrible absolutely horrible turns out I end up buying $17 for breadsticks and one 2 l of soda pop no I’m not happy with it they never gave him my rewards Pizza there’s always a problem always a problem anytime I’m ordering there from there and the rewards keep in mind are the ones that I’ve collected due to the fact that I’ve already been putting money into your establishment which I will no longer be doing I frankly I would not recommend fort Dodge Pizza Hut to anybody and I will tell him to go to Pizza ranch they’re better

Called to order, they said they wouldn’t deliver out by tom thumb because it snowed earlier. Dominoes however had no problem so we did business with them. Really embarrassing on their part it wasn’t even bad weather at all

Wow! Usually I have a bad time getting stuff from other Pizza Huts but this location was great! They were really nice on the phone with me, which is really nice because I hate ordering over the phone!!! I had some difficulties finding it but I think that was my own dumb fault. So once I got there I called their phone number and told them I was waiting and they helped me through the process. I would say I only have on issue with this location and that’s the parking lot. So I understand that there’s a lot of construction going on around them and the city is kinda in ruins right now, I get that. They don’t have control of those, but that doesn’t excuse the fact they have an opening into the unforgiving void at the end of time that which only chuthulu roams. When I entered this alternate universe I was given a proposition from the old gods to rule the world if I gave them a slice. I know I should have taken that deal but I was soooo hungry! Long story short they granted me dominion over the 4th realm and all of its constituents. I don’t know much about gateways to unspeakable horrors but I know they arnt supposed to be in parking lots. Past that it’s a great Hut!!!
