Okay so I order a pizza first time ever ordering one from this Pizza Hut and they bring me a pizza with raw do so I call and try to get it rectified they want to charge me again to bring me an actually cook pizza instead of having some kind of customer courtesy I told them you’re going to come pick up this pizza and you’re going to show it to whoever cooked it because you should never have survived customer raw Pizza do and they’re Sly comment was well we can’t give you a refund only in-store credit and you have to pay to have a brought back to you the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard I will never ever ordered from this Pizza Hut again and Pizza Hut by the way I do have over 300,000 people that follow my car my reviews because I’m very upfront and honest and you guys should be put on notice for the way that you treated this customer because if you treated me that way you treat all your customers that way we have the right to a refund when you guys serve us raw food

I know, it’s Pizza Hut. It was exactly what my body was craving and perfect. My first quiet evening home alone in months and I ordered delivery. Big win! I specifically asked to not skimp on the cheese and it was beautifully covered when it arrived. Contactless delivery. $25 for a medium pan with 4 toppings, onion- pepperoni-sausage-mushroom. That included a $5 tip.

I was very disappointed in my pizzas and that I did not get everything I ordered or baked like I asked. The spreading of toppings was terrible, as some slices barely got any. I ordered a meat lovers and a Supreme so should have plenty toppings on each piece, but nope. I don’t know if they were just super busy because I was not greeted when I came into store and waited for someone to help me. Finally a person came in from outside and rang me up and got me my pizzas, minus the cheese and red pepper shakers I ordered and paid for. I thought they were in the pizza boxes but they weren’t when I got home and opened the boxes. Not sure I will order them again.

Great pizza hut, very generous if they mess up an order they will refund in full. Fast & courteous, & often give little things away for free or offer coupons I didn’t know about. The manager I talked to was a total sweetheart. Pizza is good, they deserve a higher rating!

It was busy, this ok. I couldn’t find where to special order on the online site so I called in. Very busy but Mgr said she’d note it. Got my delivery. I checked the breadsticks and they were wrong.THE TICKET WAS CORRECT. I let him know the vreadsricks were wrong. The older driver snarled….well what do you want me to do? I’d already had a very tough week, but I was polite a d said the breadcrumbs needed ro go back, I’ll pay for the order. I EVEN LEFT HIM A TIP! So he came back with the breadsticks, he shoved them at me and walked away. So rude. I wasn’t pleased. If this is his attitude with a tip, which he didn’t thank me for, if he ever delivers to me again, I’ll not tip him. Overall the food was OK, but it was really ruined by the rude driver and the incorrect item. Mgmt was very nice but busy.

Our food was hot and fresh! We love their food deals. We got double order of breadsticks, medium 2 topping pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta for $20. Their Cinnabon rolls are fire as well!
