My overall experience was excellent. It was very easy to order and pay on the app. I live 8 miles from the Pizza Hut delivery site in Marshalltown Iowa and when I had finished my order on the app I hopped into my truck and drove to the location to pick up my pizza. When I arrived I gave my name and they handed me my freshly baked pizza piping hot. I didn’t have to wait at all and the entire experience took less time than cooking a frozen pizza in my oven at home. I used to work at this particular Pizza Hut delivery location 35 years ago after graduation from high school and I am very pleased to see that they are still giving their customers the same level of service that we did 35 years ago. I highly recommend this location for an excellent pizza that by the way tasted great and was cooked to perfection.

We had Pizza Hut last night for dinner and it was really good. I have always loved their pan pizza crust and even though they charge more for it, it’s worth it to me. That crispness on the edges of the crust taste just like they did so many years ago when it first opened. If you haven’t tried it lately you really should.

My order was incorrect & when I called the store to talk to them about it the “manager” MIKE LEWIS was nasty towards me & told me I was wrong & wouldn’t even let me talk! He should be fired immediately because the way he treated me was completely unacceptable! He even treated his employee bad as I could here it on the phone while waiting for him! MIKE LEWIS @ the Marshalltown, Iowa store SHOULD NOT be a “manager” ever!!!

This is a very small store. I’m not sure, but it might be just a call in & pick up at a drive up window? They might deliver too? We called it in & I went inside to pay, got our pizza & left. I was in a hurry so I wasn’t looking around much. Sorry I can’t give you more information. I didn’t even try the pizza because my dad took it back to the VA Home to share. He said it was good lol. If you’re going to go through Marshalltown, its a place to get “drive thru pizza”!
