I would give it negative stars. The food was cold and a hour and a half late. I called the store after I received a text from door dash. The store told me that they had no record of my order. I gave them the order number and told me that it was not in the system. Then asked me to place another order. I don’t think so you can’t even get the first one right. Ordered delivery and was told it would be delivered by 8:05. It’s now been 45 mins and when we called they said door dash would be delivering our pizza because they have no drivers. They should not be delivering pizza if they don’t have the staff because we are not going to accept cold food.

Where is the bottom of our pepperoni pizza? The other pizza is half pepperoni and half pepperoni and onion. They just threw some onions on top and they caramelized and shrunk into strings. These were even the redo’s that they made us, because the first pizzas were so bad. I did not get pictures of them. I think I have finally learned my lesson about buying pizza at this Pizza Hut. We are done for sure.

On par for what you’d expect product wise for a food chain except I personally find their dough to be among the better options. Always accurate with my order unlike one main competitor I’ve given up on so that’s a bonus. Also good wings which actually have a decent amount of sauce on them.

Mike is the man at this Pizza Hut. He knows how to handle a customer over the phone politely and makes sure he hits all the highlights. Honestly, this guy should be in sales. I haven’t been that impressed or had that much fun ordering a pizza ever! IF THIS GUY ISN’T IN MANAGEMENT HE NEEDS TO BE.

My husband and I tried out this location for the first time tonight. When my husband came back to the car with our pizza, the first thing he said was that we are never going to eat food from there again. The service was slow and unfriendly. The pizza was super flat, lacking in sauce, and barely warm (definitely not the burns-your-thighs heat you expect from a pizza that was just made). And to top it all off, my husband could clearly see that a worker who was assembling pizzas was NOT WEARING GLOVES. Since we have both gone through extensive food safety training, we considered not even eating the food for fear of food poisoning.

Never ordering from pizza hut again I ordered the big newyorker which is a pepperoni pizza and I just wanted extra cheese so I ordered it with extra cheese which I guess cancels out the original toppings and they charge you $4.50 extra for it I’m over Pizza Hut at this point
