This location consistently finds new and creative ways to screw up. Today it was a cold and not pan like I ordered. Not the first time they have screwed up making what is in the order, also they are really big fans of putting a mediums worth of toppings on a large so you have about 2.5″ of bare crust around the outside. I really shouldn’t ever order from here, but as a 80s book it kid I was craving pizza hut pan pizza. Figured, maybe just maybe they could make a basic pan pizza. Turns out I was wrong. I called them and they offered a refund, but that doesn’t really fix the nostalgia craving. So if you like me what to relive your childhood, let it go. This location only delivers disappointment.

This place overcharged me by $14 and some change. Cashier didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Took him forever to take my order. While waiting for my pizza. went back to car, pulled up the shops website. Placed my carryout order using no codes, coupons or discounts. Went back in store and asked about the difference in price. They said they didn’t know. FOR REAL? I will never go to this store again.

Worst experience ever!! I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. Order pizza at 9:15pm…first pizza came at 10:00pm delivered by DoorDash. That guy smushed my pizza by tipping it sideways and then taunted my dog. Pizza was super cold. Called the store and got customer service. He said I should be getting a new pizza by 10:25. Thinking great not bad. Pizza finally arrives at 11:15pm. We decided to refuse it but tipped the second delivery guy from DoorDash as he was really nice and it wasn’t his fault that the second time someone entered the address completely wrong and he had issues finding our house. Called the store again to get our money back. Got someone from the actual store and he said not my problem and to call DoorDash. Unfortunately since I placed the order through Pizza Hut themselves DoorDash wouldn’t do anything nor could I complain to them because they were only outsourced to deliver the pizza only. The guy proceeded to just say not my problem and put the phone down and walked away. Called back again and thankfully got someone from customer service. She proceeded to tell me to contact DoorDash but like I explained to her I just want to cancel the order I placed through the Pizza Hut app. Thankfully she refunded. I will not be ordering from here again and will stick with Domino’s.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza on their website for delivery on a Sunday night , it said 25-30 mins. I watched the “delivery tracker, nothing changed for 40 minutes so I called. They told me I ordered carryout, really…. then why did it ask me to tip my driver, enter my number for text order updates and go to a delivery tracker after I placed the order? I picked up the order that probably sat there for 20+ minutes in the warmer. The man that helped, who appeared to be a manager, just laughed about it with no apology whatsoever. Thankfully as we were walking out my son asked about the pop we ordered, went back for that. Then got down the road and realized they didn’t give me the extra order of breasticks that I paid for either. I wasn’t turning around since I knew I was already going to have cold pizza as it was. I called the store and a female answered and said she could give me a credit but not a refund. I live almost 3 hours away a credit is not an option. She informed me that a manager who could do refunds wouldn’t be at the store until Tuesday, I told her I will be calling on Tuesday for the refund and let her know how horrible their customer service is. Anyone traveling to Adventureland, find another place to order pizza!!!

Someone talk to the damn cashier Kevin. No one was being rude to him about how long the pizzas were taking, and he was being rude to everyone. Everybody was chill. And then I called out to the manager and he just ignored me. The whole time didn’t even try to help me when he saw how mad I was about how this guy was literally screaming at me in front of the rest of the customers.
