I’d give one star if I could. They sent a whole burnt pizza. They knew it was burnt before they put it in the box. There’s no way they’re just blindly putting pizzas in the box. The level of incompetence displayed in these restaurants are staggering.

We had excellent wings and pizza wing street is just a part of pizza hit but it is amazing I had spicy buffalo wings it was so good 10/10 would try again I mean the place is great for both dinner and lunch definitely go there. The only problem we had there was the service we had the service was not the best since whenever we ask for something our waitress would come back empty handed and we have to ask at least twice but overall it was okay.

When I get to order from the people at the store that are in the Boardman store I’m ecstatic, they go out of their way to make something simply as bread sticks that I love a certain way they go completely out of their way to make em, after 6 of the last times I’ve called that was obviously outsourced I wanted to scream on this thing cause it was never right, and I’m talking to were my family didn’t even want to order anymore because how up set that our orders were never right and it ruined dinner, and it’s not cheap,,but I finally figured out to just go to the window and ask them and just like when we used to have to wait for the phone to circle back from having to dial a 9 or god forbid a zero, just wait a min, and they make it just how ya ask.. thank you for my extra seasoning on my bread sticks. Something that simple made my day.

Have not been to this Pizza Hut in years. Ordered our food when they delivered our food. It tasted great, but the extra cheese could have been a little thicker for the up charge. Bread sticks were just like I remembered…pigged out on them.

Good luck getting your carry out order prepared correctly! And if you order the sauce separately from the wing’s ( they’re drenched if they sauce them) you have to pay for it as extra. Yes; they charge you for what comes with the item originally!!

Horrible customer service and workplace in Jackson Michigan Pizza Hut I have seen the most worst place to eat for fast food restaurants but this has to take the cake we order our food and we order our food at 10:30 to deliver but it never came to my house the guy called my mother but she didn’t hear her phone ring we we thought we would kill there to pick up the pizza everything will be okay but they were closed and we never got our money back we called Pizza Hut to complain about them but the guy on the phone was a total a****** about it so again fast food restaurants are getting out of style minimum wage ignorant people working at fast food restaurants are not the new thing Visa dispand fast food and get better we deserve better
