This is how Pizza Hut delivered my pizza Friday February 24th. Ridiculous. In my teenage years I delivered pizza for 4 years. Never delivered a customer smashed pizza. This is my last time ordering from this location.

Ordered from there last week. My boyfriend, myself, and my child got EXTREMELY sick the day after our food. Reached out to explain issue and RGM told me that ALL their products are freshly made each morning and it couldn’t have been from their food (Well…. IT WAS) and offered me a credit to buy MORE food after just getting food poisoning a week prior from this location. Take responsibility for YOUR location and why would I want to eat somewhere that made me sick again….. but for free? Won’t be returning to any locations cause this isn’t the first time the “made fresh each morning” products have made me sick from that location…. This was just the first time I spoke up about it. -4,000 stars out of 10.

I ordered a pizza online at 5:20pm Friday night 1/7/22 and per the online site should have only taken 40-50 minutes. My pizza was not delivered until 7:30PM. I spent a hour calling the local store in Waterford, MI on highland road and absolutely no answer from the store. My call was placed on hold with music playing for 20 minutes, I had to hang up and call the “customer service complaint” line and wait another 15 minutes to be told that I would receive a refund or even a response to my complaint within 72 hours! So, I have no dinner, no money and still cooking after wasting 2 hours!

Every time i order here something is wrong. In store credit always offered but conveniently never remembered for the next order. Rude customer service, raw food, paid for sauces that were not delivered. Manager lied about placing sauces in the box this time. Manager offered a in store credit again for bad food, which is not acceptable & refused a refund. Will never order from this location again.

Ignored my order request for the cheese fries to have cheese on the side. Not only did they ignore my request but then had put an excessive amount of cheese on top of both orders so they literally were not even edible. Paid extra for each side of dressing (3) and didn’t receive any of them. Chicken was soggy and undercooked as well. Spent $30 on a lunch we had to throw away less than 2 bites in. Awful customer service and food.

I honestly loved Pizza Hut as a kid, and sometimes the pizza is good and delicious, but I just ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and I don’t think they put any work into it, there’s no pepperoni there’s hardly any cheese and it seems the dough is a little under, but it’s not a total loss the breadsticks are good

I have not been to a pizza hut in 20 years. And will be a minimum of that for the next time. Tried the new yorker. It’s a small pizza stretched to an extra large. The sauce was coming thru the middle. When I was handed the pizza I thought it was an empty box. And how can a pizza 1/64 inch thick not be cooked all the way? They figured that out!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Ordered A pan pizza and thin crust. It looked really good but there is no flavor AT ALL. I think the dough is also slightly undercooked. Online order was fast and easy but not the same.
