Ha! Decided to give it another go. What a mistake! I’m lowering my 2 stars to 1. Pizza took 40 minutes past time they texted they were on their way. Called twice got a call center in India, never spoke to the store. After another 20 minutes, Pizza shows up. Undercooked and cold. Unbelievable. Don’t bother, so many local places with way better Pizza. Total fail on Pizza Hut. Never again.

Im so upset my food was burnt and very salty and greasy I called the store and i was on hold for 45 minutes then the mgr said since i threw the food away there’s nothing he can do smh a total waste of my money I’ll never order anything from them again customer service terrible and cook’s terrible they all need to be retrained or let go. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Wings were good but the two melts I ordered were not. One of the melts was the completely wrong kind as well. Not sure how someone can mix up chicken bacon ranch with a Philly cheesesteak, but this place managed it.

I order the big dinner box, plus an extra order of bread sticks from this store. Paid the $33.64 that i was charged for this mess (pictured below), and was on my way! Needless to say we had to throw it away. I can’t imagine anyone boxing this order up for human consumption, let alone letting it go out the door! Never again will I spend my hard earned money at this pizza hut. If upper management cares at all of what goes out the door, I would recommend retraining these people on how food preparations! Anyways $33.64 was wasted! Thanks!

Ordered 2 large pan cheese pizzas. An hour and 45 minutes later no pizza and no notification when it finally did arrive by DoorDash two hours after putting in the order, the pizzas were over cooked dry and not the pizzas. I ordered. Very disappointing.

I hadn’t had pizza hut in some years and now I see the fuqs why. I kept seeing the ninja turtles commercial and I decided to get the big New Yorker and the chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza was over cooked and looked like it was old and dry looking like it was a pizza someone decided not to pick up and it had been sitting for hours…the chicken pasta was more pasta than anything cause it really wasn’t nothing but a few pieces of chicken maybe like 4 chopped pieces but at least the bread sticks were good. I got it for my birthday and it was very disappointing. The Alfredo sauce has an aftertaste and it wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta either. I spent 40 bucks on some old dried up sweet tasting pizza and some dry meatless pasta… I won’t be fuk’n with pizza hut ever again .. Happy birthday to me

We recently ordered some dinner boxes with customizations to it. Oh my goodness, they carried out the order to perfection! There wasn’t one peep while everyone was eating. I will always keep them on speed dial, since your order is ready in 15-20 minutes. I definitely recommend checking out this location!
