Ordered food at 750. Got a notification that it would be delivered at 841. 905 rolls around and no food. Call the store and they say they are going to call me back. Called me back at 920. My delivery got farmed out to DoorDash. The dasher picked up my food but never delivered it. Going to process a refund. Asked about my food. The worker said that’s why we processed the refund. I was like I’m in a hotel and now and hour and a half after ordering you tell me to go somewhere else basically. Horrible service.

They have very bad customer service. I entered the store with my friend, we both had our kids with us. We each wanted to pay separately so we stood next to each other. He took my friend’s order and the person behind us. He was the only one working so he went to work on the orders. When he came back I asked him if we could order. He had a very rude look on his face and he said what else I would like. I told him me and my friend were not ordering together. Then he asked me why I didn’t order with my friend. I told him that we were paying separately and that he was being very rude. He didn’t apologize and kept that look on his face. I didn’t order and just waited for my friend to get her order and left.

If I could give this Review ZERO stars, I would. The Manager Cat at this location is rude AF. First, she wouldn’t take my $100 bill. Which I didn’t see the sign posted at first of them not accepting $100 bills. Cool. But what Behooved me, was when a Customer came right behind me and paid with an $100 bill. No questions asked. So I’ve been living in this area for 3yrs and coming to this sorry lack luster rude management and worker’s Pizza Hut for the 3yrs I lived here. This place is so terrible I travel all the way to the Pizza Hut on Vandyke/13mile or the Pizza Hut on Woodward before coming to this John R Madison Heights location which is only 2miles away from my house… So anyway today June 25,2023 we order the Big New Yorker PIZZA and after waiting 25 mins for one Pizza to cook we go in to pick it up and the manager TAYLOR tells us “Oh we gotta remake it because the pepperoni shifted over to the cheese half of the Pizza. So that makes no sense but okay back to the car to wait another 20mins for the new Pizza to cook. GO Back in for the new Pizza and it’s completely flat like cardboard and had no cheese on it was so burnt you woulda thought we asked for burnt pizza. THIS TAYLOR looks at me and says it’s supposed to look like this. I say you think this is acceptable!?!?! He says “Yep!” An I quote. So I show him the Pizza we ordered on a internet add and I say you see the difference??? He says yep that one is extra pepperoni so that’s why it looks better. Lmao!!! Are you serious??? All the problems I ever had at this Madison Heights location this just took the cake!!! Now I’m calling corporate first thing in the morning. You guys suck terribly and need to shut down. OH AN THIS RUDE TAYLOR BOY DIDN’T OFFER TO REMAKE THE Pizza he just gave us our money back so now we’re going home with no dinner for our 6 Children. Thanks alot Pizza Hut on John R your terrible and your lazy worker’s need better attitudes. I RATHER GO TO LITTLE CAESARS THEN GO HERE AGAIN. I’m so over it!!!

So I try to order my lunch it has to be over $17 for delivery my order came to $1278 so I added a cookie and made it $19 and some change then they tell me my total is $28 and some change because of taxes and delivery but couldn’t add that to the $12.78 to make it over 17 what is going on pizza Hut they said it’s a policy the company came up with wow bad business
