I stopped in for the lunch buffet. Ever since the pandemic the Pizza Hut lunch experience has changed dramatically. I think it happened to the whole Pizza Hut chain. You prepay at the register where you buy a bottled drink and it’s all self service from there. The salad bar is about 1/2 the size of what it was pre-pandemic and since they have very little business the last 45 minutes to and hour before the end of lunch they don’t bring out any fresh pizzas. At this location the buffet is $9.99 plus $2 and change for a drink. If you get there early enough for hot pizza it’s okay for the price but it’s going to be a pretty bare bones experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout only to learn they sold our pizzas to someone else..When I went in to wait while they remade them the manager was on the phone with the other customer informing him of the mix up. Appreciate the time it took to make everything right! She also gave us a discount for the error.

I was not pleased! I ordered my pizza on Tuesday to be Delivered on Thursday at 11:30 when it still hadn’t arrived by 11:45 I called them it took me a few minutes to even get through to them it was like someone was picking up the phone then hanging up! When I finally did talk to someone an asked where my pizza was they were like oh sorry things have happened today we will get that to you and then hung up on me! I didn’t get the pizza until after 12:00 pm and it was half cheese and half pepperoni and the pepperoni half was burnt! So I am pretty sure I am done with pizza hut after this little incident!

It is only open Mon-Fri 11-2 PM for pizza and salad bar . You have to buy your drink separate, and it is in, I think, 16 Oz bottles . Be glad when they can finally get fountain drinks back in there . The pizza and salad bar are usually good . Staff is always pleasant . My faves are Zack , Cindy, and Kim
