Hadn’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in years. There aren’t any near our home. We were happy to find that our memories and the current reality were the same. A very nice meal at a reasonable price. Service was great.

I ordered a 12-inch pizza. I just need three things on the top. Chicken, green peppers and mushrooms. She knew it didn’t have chicken when she gave it to me. She told another woman get something wrong on this order. I hear that. And she didn’t say anything to me. When I think maybe put different things on top. I go my car and open that. No chicken !!! I go back she said may other one to me. But I see they didn’t make other one they just make chicken put on top. Why can they give the wrong pizza to the customer without saying anything.

We arrived 1hr 15min prior to close. They had one table seated. I saw at least 2 employees in the store. We were told that they were short staffed and couldn’t possibly take anymore dine-ins. So now, instead of sitting at a table next to the one extra patron, we are sitting on a bench for 30 minutes next to the cash register waiting for a to go order. We could be enjoying drinks and salads before our pizza, but instead we are watching the guy who was too busy to serve us roll silverware into napkins. Wow. In the past we have gotten good service here. Tonight, it’s just embarrassing how they are behaving.

I got there an hour before closing time. The guy at the counter would not take my order, saying it was too close to time and they were short staffed. (I was going to get a personal pan and garlic bread, which takes at most 20 minutes.) I pointed out that the app would accept my order but they lost my business. I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut.

Good service and good food! I’ve always liked pizza hut. The one in my town closed. It was our Sunday after church place to go eat. The salad bar wasn’t open. Is the only reason it wasn’t a 5 star visit for me.

The Absolute worst pan pizza crust I have ever had! Dried out and like eating a cracker with toppings. Had to call 5 times and they wanted ME to bring this garbage back. The manager decided to make the order “undeliverable”. Asked me if there was anything else she could do for me, yes, stop selling inedible food.
