Love the Pizza Hut’s thin crust pizzas with light sauce! So many other pizza chains put way too much pizza sauce on them, even tho we request “light sauce”. It’s been so bad that we couldn’t even pick up a slice of pizza without everything sliding off the crust due to sauce overload!

“Two out three ain’t bad” we ordered a pizza and two melts, pizza and one melt were perfect. The last melt was supposed to be a “BUFFALO” chicken melt, it had cheese and chicken on it…no Buffalo sauce. We got it to go, so we had to “Frank” it up when we got home.

I don’t usually order out to eat, but on the rare occasion I have, I use the Pizza Hut app to deliver occasionally. The past 4 times I have used the app to order my usual go to menu items, they have got my order wrong EVERY single time. First two times they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered. third time they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered and they put pineapple on my custom pizza which I did not request. Finally tonight, the fourth time, they gave me breadsticks again despite ordering cheese sticks once again. I’m beyond frustrated and confused. I don’t normally write these kind of reviews or even call the store itself, but after making this mistake 4 times in a row, I’m personally just done with this restaurant entirely. Giving this place a 2 star is already being generous enough. This mistake should not be made 4 times in a row. All I want is my cheese sticks I bought with my order through the app, is that so hard to ask for?

Paid $65 for an order and they didn’t leave the soda. Tried to call the store with no answer for over one hour. Called the hotline and they weren’t successful getting through to the store either. Asked them to refund me and they told me the store is the only one who I can get a refund from. If I wanted to drive to the store to get a refund then I wouldn’t have asked for delivery so I could spend another $10 giving a tip to the driver. The hotline told me to continue to try calling the store every 30 minutes until getting them to answer. On top of it all the pizza was probably the worst Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever eaten. Extremely dissatisfied!
