One of the last orders I did was on 06/25/23, part of my order was missed. And while I was waiting for my order, young man walked in, older, short lady that was working told him she didn’t have time for him, and to leave, he told her he was homeless, she responded that she didn’t care.

My husband and I ordered pizza from this location online and when he got there he said the woman that was there was rude and when we got the food you could tell it wasn’t cooked all the way! I will never give them my business again! I don’t even want to call that store because if she was rude when my husband picked it up I cannot imagine calling in with a complaint!

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks through the app for delivery. Pizza hut on Portage used doordash to deliver the pizza. “Sheila” the doordash delivery driver marked our food as delivered at 6:07, but it was never delivered. I called the store and they said they would remake the order and send it back out. By the time the pizza made it to our house, at 7:15, it was cold.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Ordered delivery today and one of my orders for wings were missing. I tried to call to get the missing wings and the lady who first answered hung up on me immediately and the second time, she answered, told me “hold please” so I did. About 6 minutes later she answers again and I tell her about the missing item. She says “hold please” so I hold again. 25 minutes later and STILL nothing. She simply never picked up. Not to mention the wings we DID receive in our order half of them were smaller than a quarter.

This place is a health hazard and should be closed. It’s absolutely disgusting inside, rude employees who were also on some kind of drugs (definitely not weed). I ended up leaving without ordering. Anyone eating food from here is taking a massive risk.

Apparently this burnt, dry pizza is acceptable to send out to customers. Their excuse was being short staffed, which made sense why our pizza was 20 minutes late. But this burnt pizza is not acceptable, period. Customer service at the store isnt much better either. Apparently they can’t take the time to rectify the situation either. Will not be buying from this location again.
