I ordered delivery but the notification I received said it was carry out I tried to call for 20 minutes I was put on hold every time. I had to drive to the store and then there was nobody on the phone everybody was standing around and I paid $40 for a pepperoni pizza and a box of cinnamon sticks. They didn’t refund the delivery fee or the tip that was not earned

I really do my best to be nice and understand that these guys get busy, but everytime we order it’s a gamble on if they give us the right crust, toppings, etc etc. Sometimes they’ll be on their A game and everything is correct and then alot of times they just make everything completely wrong, such as giving us hand tossed when we’ve asked for stuffed crust, or not putting the toppings we asked for.

Worst experience I have had at a pizza Hut ever! Tyler the “manager” had no sense of customer service or satisfaction. The domino’s in the Walmart was willing to match their online carryout coupon 10 dollars 3 topping large pizza. Told me he doesn’t care because he’s not offering that at his store! Insane! Then he said if they are offering to do that then I should go there. So guess what. I did.

Tried the Edge Pizza today. Was a big disappointment. Thin rock hard crust with hardly any toppings or cheese on it. Was supposed to have tomatoes on it. They had to be hidden because I sure couldn’t find even one. Will never try anything from this place again. Almost $20.00 for this pizza is a joke!!

Pizza was very poorly made. Bread sticks were so greasy,the bag was ripped on delivery. The cheese bread sticks were rock hard. Plain cheese pizza was missing cheese on half the pizza just sauce. The other pizza the toppings slid off the pizza en route so it was just laying on the side of the box. The cinnamon rolls were pretty good.

Place a mobile order selected delivery for a specific time of 5:45pm. Finalized the order for $43, the tracker stated the Pizza would arrive at 8:30pm. Called to confirm this was correct. The person that answered the phone stated yes it would be a 4 hour delivery time. I canceled the order.
