Probably the worst place we have ever been to eat in. We ordered a large half supreme/ half pepperoni pizza with an order of breadsticks. Breadsticks came with cheese on them 15 minutes later. We have two little kids who were hungry so we ate them anyway. 35 minutes after our order, waitress says it’s going to be a few more minutes because it wasn’t ready when they checked. 10 minutes later we asked where the pizza was and she said that they were backed up and actually didn’t put the order in but that they would now. They asked if we wanted a free pizza with our order which we declined. We only wanted the pizza we ordered. Another 10 minutes and the manager comes out saying they will “remake” the pizza. I asked if it was in the oven or not. She said it was not and that they would put it in now. She said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said fine and waited by the counter for it just to make sure they put it in. It came out 5 or so minutes later which we ate out of the box in the dining area. I am unsure why the staff felt they had to lie about the timeline. They probably lost our order and were trying to buy time. It was handled poorly and with terrible communication. Our order was 35 bucks. They said they would credit our account but did not apologize. I’m not sure what they meant as we hadn’t paid. We left 20 bucks on the table with a note saying “please do better next time”
