Hands down one of the best Pizza Huts still around. This store has definitely made some major improvements over the last year. Yeah they still have their hiccups but no body is perfect. The staff could be more attentive, but its Mars Hill so you get what you get. But the manager Donna is very understanding and extremely professional. If she had a stronger team behind her, this Pizza Hut would be phenomenal.

This location is way better than the W. Washington St one. Customer service and quality of product heavily depends on who’s working, but 8/10 times it’s pretty great. I gave up Pizza Hut for a while because W. Washington kept making me sick, but I haven’t gotten sick from this location and it almost always tastes great. 🙂 I’ve run into a couple rude employees, but overall I really enjoy coming here!

Pizza Hut is one of our favorite pizza places. They were quick and courteous, but the quality was not on par with what I’ve come to expect. The crust was thinner than ordered and flavor a little bland on our veggie pizza.

I wish I can give a 0 out of 5 stars, because my daughter’s order got messed up twice. Went back up there because they messed her order up not once but twice. The manager that was working was Donna and she was very unprofessional like. She refused to correct the mess up. I’m not very happy one bit.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza, added extra cheese, sausage, mushrooms and an order of wings. They called me and said it would be an 1-1:45minutes for delivery. I said that was totally fine as long as my order was correct for what I paid $45.00 bucks for. This is what I received!! Burnt, definitely not a pepperoni lovers, not even regular cheese although I paid for extra. And then it looks like they forgot the mushrooms and just threw raw ones on top before they boxed it. I said I would be patient because I knew they were busy. But this is unacceptable. And of course I can’t even get through to log a complaint. Not pleased…out $45.00 and still no dinner.

Ordered pizza from here twice this month both times pizza had no sauce. This has been a problem across all pizza hut restaurants the past few years. I even ordered extra sauce and there was zero sauce in my pizza still. Pizza hut has evidently decided to stop selling pizza and start selling cheesey bead instead because that’s all it ever is. I won’t be a pizza hut customer any longer until they bring back the sauce.

Our order was delivered 2 hours after it was said to be delivered by. I overlooked it due to the snow and roads still messy. We got 2 meat pizzas with jalapeños, banana peppers, and olives. This We spent more time picking off the mountain of peppers from one slice. Although we love spice and peppers, this was practically inedible. Called corporate the lady on the phone was illiterate and got no where. With all these bad reviews how is this location still open?

$60+ order, they sent a Doordash driver to deliver our food, which isn’t bad itself. Issue is that the food arrived with more than 50 percent of it missing, then getting a message before being automatically hung up on when trying to dial customer service. So we tried pressed 1 to go to the ordering line, that worked! But the moment we tried to get a refund, they routed us back to the auto hang-up number.
