Now I dont usually give bad reviews, but honestly I would be lying to give this pizza hut anything other than the lowest rating. I waited for over an hour and a half for an order that was placed online. I gave them 30 minutes like the website stated before arriving. I was finally able to bring this food home to feed my daughters, it was cold, cheese sticks burnt, it’s one thing to disappoint me for wasting my time, but to see the disappointment in kids faces is too much. We will not be coming back and wasting my hard work on garbage. I deserve my money back.

I have always loved pizza hut pizza BUT at the Plainfield indiana restaurant????? No fountain drinks only paper plates no cutlery and you have to order at the register if there is anyone else to come in they have to wait till your done with your order and payment. The 1st and last time we will will come here. If I wanted paper plates no cutlery I would have stayed at home an so I had the essential needs for eating. Once our order had actually got to the table it was completely wrong, I myself ordered a super Supreme pan pizza and was given a tomato an black olive, ordered cheese sticks (mozzarella cheese stiks) and they brought out bread sticks with cheese on them. When they FINALLY brought out my super Supreme pizza everyone else was done eating and the vegetables were not even warm. Looked as if they put the vegetables on after it came out of the oven. How can they justify serving garbage like that. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND THE COST FOR IT WAS TOTALLY OTT !! Would you eat pizza with cold raw vegetables?

A good experience. I ordered online the night before and my order was almost ready when I went to pick up the next day. A few of my pizzas were wrong but that’s ok. They still were eaten. Thank you very much for great customer service

The pizza is fine and honestly pricing seems better here than other Pizza Hut. I have been to recently lol The customer service was better. I am a very indecisive person especially when I’m tired. Adam, who was working the counter, was very very patient and helpful and even brought my pizza out to me while I was waiting in my car ! Never had anyone else at a Pizza Hut do that that was really cool of him

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and every time I took out a slice the chicken and cheese fell apart. I spent 50.00 in total for this pizza a pepperoni pizza and honey barbecue wings. Definitely not worth it. Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. I want a refund

The server was very pleasant and there’s no better way to eat a pizza than HOT FROM THE OVEN!! The pizza was delicious! I’m visiting the area and don’t know what dine in business usually looks like during early afternoon (1:30), and because of Covid, but there were only 8 people when I arrived. The place is very dark and old and the floor is very sticky, no matter where you step/stand. The ceiling paint above the center of the restaurant is peeling. Don’t know if it’s on it’s way to closing or not but some definite interior improvements need to be done!

The water was the only thing worth drinking. The backyard chicken pizza was so greasy you could float a ship on it. It tasted nothing like what used to be on the bar. No barbecue sauce anywhere on it. Definitely not buying again.

I was very disappointed!! They have the dining room open but no waitresses to check back on you after you have ordered. The prices have skyrocket and the taste of the pizza was disappointing!!!! My suggestion if you want to dine in with good service try somewhere else. Sorry Pizza Hut!! You need to work on your dining room care or stick to carry out!!!!
