This place definitely brought back old memories. I have been looking for a dine-in Pizza hut that is local to me and we found this location while on vacation. The workers there were kind and the pizza was phenomenal! Being able to dine-in was nostalgic for me and a special moment that I got to share with my family! I am so appreciative to have had that moment with them at my one of my classic favorites growing up as a kid!

I am visiting out of town I am from PA. We went to this pizza hut with my sons grandparents for lunch because we wanted to do the buffet. My first issue no one knowledge us for a good 20 minutes. Not even a hello or how may I help you. My second issue the buffet the lettuce looked like the previous days lettuce. The bread sticks could of been used as a weapon cause they where that hard. Pizza wasn’t fresh. Was just awful. My third issue the place needs cleaned. It’s gross. There was trash all over the one table. The floors where an absolute mess. I had to take my son into the ladies room to use the bathroom cause he refused to use the mens room for the simple fact that there was urine all over the toilet and the floor. Before all you people start saying it’s fast food yea yea I know BUT it’s called respect and common curiosity.

Out of thin crust, breadsticks had not been proofed so they were flat and did not have salad. Asked for water and they only gave bottled for almost $3 each. There were not other customers in the building and there was only 1 clean table. Had not been to this Pizza Hut in 20 years and thought we would give it a try. We will not be going back. We do go to other Pizza Hut locations without any issues.

Ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese, was charged for extra cheese, and ordered a meat lover with extra bacon, it looked and tasted as if the bacon was left off the pizza. Still was charged for extra cheese and extra bacon. The cheese on the cheese pizza was so thin you could see the sauce through the cheese, so I know there was NOT extra cheese. As for the bacon I saw a few little crumbs but not even really noticeable like it normally is on a meat lovers pizza let alone adding and being charged for extra. I’ve worked my whole career in the food industry, I can obviously see when something I’ve added is actually added. And this isn’t a one time thing, this location or any pizza hut locations. Normally they forget the sauces you pay for, so I don’t order sauces or overpriced cheese sauce that isn’t even really cheese to begin with anymore. I guess I’m tired of every casual dinning place turning into and operating like fast food places whose food reflect their employees attitudes and the lack of management. If I decide to come back(BIG if), it won’t be on my dime.

Food was fantastic as usual and worth the wait but the customer service is pretty bad. We waited 40 minutes for our food and we didn’t get refills until we were almost done eating. Had to get up and ask for our cheese sauce we ordered and to go box. Next time we will just go to another location.

I went in at 2:30p the gentlemen at the counter said buffet is closed I said that’s fine were just gonna sit and order my son and I were the only 2 customers in the entire building 10 mins goes by the waitress comes out and instead of getting our drinks asking about our day or what we would want she proceeds to break down the buffet after another 8mins we left! 18 mins of no service Noone else in the building rediculous!

Looks like they started using cheese cups half the size. No indication of true size on website and they’re still charging the same (which has always been more than other pizza places). Extremely disappointing as their cheese is part of what makes it so good. Won’t likely be ordering again for awhile if at all.

Salad bar was pretty sad. Only have dressings and lettuce basically. A lot of tables were still dirty. It was concerning that NO ONE was in there. All drinks are just bottled. Basically it’s only made for carry out, it seems.

I’m pretty sure whoever made my pizzas was angry. One tasted like cinnamon. Sauce on both didn’t cover the crust and one was missing toppings. They bragged about new management, bring back the old.
