Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for a total of $80 plus tip putting me at $100. I ordered 4 pizzas, family pasta, 4 2liter soda, and three orders of breadsticks. When picking up everything was correct except for the family pasta was 2 individual pastas. When questioning the manager argued with me they did not do family pastas even though my receipt and the stores receipt shows family pasta. I’ve been here several times as well as coworkers. Never again!

Always great to just drive up to the pick-up window and get my order. Love that Pizza Hut taste!! Thin & Crispy, extra sauce, pork, mushroom, and Roma tomatoes. Good stuff!

The general manager Neil quackenbush is rude very! He’s passive aggressive and condescending with the conversation he lost my friends and family from ever eating at that location! The worst customer service I’ve ever received.

The worker that served us at the drive thru was especially positive and energetic! She convinced us that Pizza Hut is alive and well and doing business. Restaurants have taken a hit due to Covid, but this one is obviously still moving along. And the New Yorker was great pizza! I would encourage anyone in or near Anderson to order here. Thanks Debra!
