We purchased the new pizza melts and they was burnt and barley had anything on the inside of them. And they have been out of bread sticks the last 2 times I have ordered in the last few weeks. Like what the heck they offered garlic bread instead and when I picked up or order for 2 individual slices of bread I paid over $7.00 that’s just crazy too me. I will never order from here again way over priced. I could have gotten 4 pizzas and bread sticks from little Caesars for the same price I paid for 2 melts and 1 order of garlic bread. Please people order from somewhere else don’t waist it money on pizza hut.

This is the second time I’ve ordered and requested contactless delivery, and it’s the second time the driver stayed banging at my door until I came to get the food. This time I was in the middle of taking a test for my school that required the use of a webcam, so towards the end all you could hear was banging. I ordered garlic bread this time and only received 2 instead of the 4, so I’m not sure what was up with that.

I ordered 4-16 piece boneless wings and instead of putting them in 4 different containers like they should have. They decided to save their containers and put into 2 big ones. I ordered it this way for a reason so I could take these out to my husband and his co-workers. Now I must separate them and use my containers.

I called after delivery because one of my two pizzas was not made correctly. The manager blamed me for the way the order was placed online. She would not replace the incorrect pizza and would not accept my explanation. The online order system is confusing. The special said 1 specialty pizza and 1 Single topping pizza with a double order of cheese sticks. I wanted 1 Supreme and 1 half pepperoni half cheese. The system gave me added charges when the toppings were listed on the Supreme and removed the charge when I removed the toppings. I still thought I was going to get a Supreme, because it saod Supreme in the confirmation screen. But it came with just cheese. In order for me to recommend this store, I want either a partial refund or a replacement of the intended order. I think the confirmation screen should include a picture of the food ordered so people can double check that it is ordered correctly before it is made in the store.
