Delivery driver was nice. Food was warm..issue was the wings. Only got 8 buffalo medium when we should of got 16. Paid 15$ and the person on the phone informed my wife his side only showed 8 and he so called packed it himself and hung up on my wife. Was not happy with the professionalism on the management side.

Forgot part of our order, couldn’t actually speak to an employee at the store but got transferred numerous times to different people that are obviously an answering service that disconnects your call. After trying three times asking to speak to a manager and getting hung up on I gave up which I believe to be the ultimate goal of theirs in the big picture. You give up, then the problem doesn’t get solved. Customer service does not exist for Pizza Hut. Sad.

I ordered pizza for delivery and specifically marked for it to be handed to me because it is extremely difficult for me to pick things up off the ground due to a back injury. The delivery driver left it on the porch and walked away. There was no receipt either. I left a 25% tip, and if I could, I would take it back. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. There’s no where on the app for me to give feedback on the app for this specific order and no one will answer the phone at the restaurant. I will no longer be leaving a tip in advance. That’s if I even order again. This is not the first time it’s happened.

The food here is always so good… when they answer the phone. I never leave negative reviews, but every time I attempt to order from this location I have issues. This will be the fourth time I’ve attempted to order over the phone and no one will answer. I refuse to order from the app unless the y answer because TWICE now I have placed my order, the tracker told me our food is being made, and we waited for 2 hours only to find out the store was closed. Absolutely, 100% dissatisfied. So much so, that I tried to order from the tiffin avenue Pizza Hut hoping for a better experience, but they are not allowed to deliver to my house that is 8 MINUTES AWAY because it’s the north main stores area. I am sad to say I love the food but refuse to place another order in this restaurant until they get a grip. As a food service manager who has a staff of only six people, this is purely unacceptable.
