It’d be nice to get the items your over charged for. $2.xx for extra cheese. This happens a lot because my kids like the stuff, but I’m switching to a mom and pops pizza shop. They’ll take care of their customers unlike a corporate greedy corporation.

Was in town & saw this was around the corner from our hotel. Could’ve walked but sun was going down & I also didn’t have my pizza box holder with me. I accidently forgot to get myself a pizza. She said no problem. Was done in 8-10 mins. The lady at the counter was so nice!! Good customer service, friendly

Pizza Hut is one of those pizzas that invokes 80’s and 90’s nostalgia. It takes us back to better days of salad bars big dine in experiences, a nice dining atmosphere with arcades and juke boxes and table top packman and big red cups. And the pizza itself is good but use to be great. Crust is not to chewy. Topping and cheese are very good. It’s just a shame our Ironton location and pizza Hut in general are these small cramped buildings with a grab and go mentality. They succeeded in putting the HUT in Pizza Hut because they definitely downsized the experience. And the quality to.

I ordered late night (1030pm) and got my pizza made with olive on it! I ordered and Edge ultimate, but nowhere in the description does it call for olives AND I had ordered one earlier in the week that had just the described items on it. The entire pizza went in the trash because no one in our family eats olives and the store was closed after we had our appetizer wings so there was no correcting. Very disappointing.

My sister order $80 worth of food and when they called to say it was delivered (no contact), there was no food. Called to ask what happened and they said someone must have stolen it because they were SURE it was delivered to the correct address. Hung up on my sister when she asked for a refund and she had to go in person to demand her money back for food that never showed up…that’s pretty bad service.

Out of town this week with a few guys from work. Three of us ordered from Papa John’s and ate our 3 mediums at 24.98 before their two medium pizza hut pizzas for 33.48 were delivered. Hour later still sitting here watching them wait for pizzas
