We used to get Pizza Hut from the restaurant on Linden but were never really happy with it. Once it closed, the Burkhardt Rd location was our closest option and they have not disappointed! Food is always hot and exactly what we order. Keep up the good work Burkhardt Team!

Delivery order: forgot an item. Was willing to wait for it to be delivered. After an hr and still missing the item I called to verify it was still not sent out and requested a refund. After a total of 6 phone calls. I finally got a refund. As a previous manager for Pizza Hut, it’s really not that hard.

Highly dissatisfied with the order. Tried to reach out to the restaurant to inform them of the issues but I was put on hold and hung up on. Unfortunately the pasta wasn’t fully cooked and not even lukewarm upon arrival. I ordered the cheese Alfredo and received the chicken Alfredo as well. The bread sticks that come with the pasta were rock hard. I could literally hammer a nail with the bread sticks. Pretty confused by this because typically this location is great. Just upset I wasted money on a pasta meal for my family (which by the way, nobody even ate the meal since it was so mediocre and cold.)We would’ve been better off with McDonald’s…

Arrogant as I’ve ever seen, I was told that I wouldn’t be getting the position I applied for. Quote, “we are only hiring drivers and managers but we’re not gonna hire you for manager.” Then why bother talking to me if your going to insult my ability you worm? Not impressed at all! Ordered the big new Yorker and asked for extra topping. Didn’t get not one extra of anything. Pizza hit used to be my favorite pizza place to eat, but here lately they’ve been slacking. Food quality has declined dramatically and the employees don’t pay attention to the details of the customers order.

garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings are delicious. Pizza Hut also has a great rewards program. They’ve changed the rewards so I have to earn more to get the item I want but still isn’t half bad of a rewards offer.

We hardly ever order from Pizza Hut because of this location. Every time we order from here, something is wrong, and tonight will be the last time. After waiting 45 minutes to get our food, it was WRONG. We called in and told them they gave us the wrong order, and since my son and husband were hungry they started eating. After waiting another 25 minutes for the replacement order, they wanted the pizza back that they gave us previously, but not the unopened pop?!? That should have been a conciliation for you guys screwing up and having us wait. But no. The driver said it was female shift lead that wanted the food back. After MONTHS of not ordering from you, you just reminded us why. Your continued failure of this store will only be inevitable with continued laziness and lack of customer service. Good luck!
