I’m about done with pizza hut. They keep trying to play me for stupid The last 2 times they rung me in for things I didn’t even order. Plus try force to me to order things I don’t even want. When I have ordered the Same thing multiple times and had it delivered tell me that u can’t do it is Bs but to try to force me repeatedly to order more than I want and extra food that would just go to wait then put me on for over 20mins then when I hang up to call back only to tell me ur closed when u don’t close to 11 just to get out severing is also B’s. As a fast food worker I would like to say understand that nobodys perfect that mistakes do happen took screen shots to prove my case I didn’t cuss or anything. This makes 4x total that I have had issues with them I will no longer be ordering from there. I have been nothing but patient and understanding but this where I draw the line. I don’t usually complain about a lot. But I am completely done with the pizza hut on Russel Rd in Sidney Ohio this is the last straw this I was hung up on

Ordered a taco pizza with cheesesticks. Got home the cheesesticks were more like burnt sticks. Called them two times to talk to manager each time I got put on hold for over 5 mins. This is ridiculous! Not impressed with the cheesesticks or the managers!

Delivery arrived earlier then the quoted time frame. The pizza was hot, the toppings were evenly spread, the crust was perfectly cooked. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the pizza sauce lacked flavor. Delivery driver was polite, and energetic!

I ordered online tonight at 439pm and at 535pm still nothing then i find out they have no delivery drivers and are using door dash and the dasher shows coming from piqua. while my food was made and sitting there getting cold. Seriously I cancelled my order immediately and called somewhere else absolutely ridiculous

Everytime I come to this Pizza Hut their always busy!! We must be kind to these hard workers…Needless to say I order here often for carry out and I get A great pizza and good service everytime. The workers at the window are always very generous to me. I get my vet discount too, recommended to friends and family.

I Will NEVER order from this location again! I order a family box and two 2 litres of Dew….waited over an hour…..nobody showed up..called the location..closed,no answer……call the corporate office….they said it had been canceled and my money returned…I wasn’t notified of anything….didn’t even see it on my phone……why would you take the order, cancel it…and not tell me!? I may never order pizza hut again…0 stars

I stopped ordering pizza hut months ago because of the bad experiences I kept having. My husband ordered from them today and they said they have six delivery orders and only one delivery driver. The pizza arrived undercooked and gooey. Always a disappointment. Also pictured is the wrapper from the BBQ wings. There was about zero sauce on them.

Just got my food and found out they use Door Dash to deliver. I don’t use Door Dash because I don’t like cold food. Got my food and of course it was cold. The garlic bread was over baked and hard as a rock, supposed to be 4pcs, there was only 2pcs. They changed the pasta too. I won’t be ordering from them again
