This is the best Pizza Hut! I order here frequently and the food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. The staff is friendly and I’ve never had any issues. This is the only nice Pizza Hut left in the area! I’ve tried five other locations and have always been disappointed but have never been let down at this location.

10/10 tonight. We ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Pizza, breadsticks and wings were piping hot and delicious. It looked like it was just 1 worker by himself but he did an awesome job!

Lately pizza hut has dropped the ball. I stopped ordering stuff crust because they (only fairborn) made the crust extremely thin. It would end up see through. I started ordering again because of the big new Yorker coming back. My last order came with ten fries? It wasn’t a full order and ketchup layer on top of these fries. The question about sanitation alone is appalling. We tossed them. The pizza came half smashed into the other half making it look like three slices and dripping grease. The sauce was incorrect. I’m truly disappointed.

We ordered two items, a pizza and some Cinnabon rolls. They only delivered the pizza, through a third party delivery service who they failed to provide the correct address to despite it being correct on the receipt and email confirmation. When we called and asked to fix the situation, they only offered to send another third party driver with the missing item (almost an hour late and cold now). No offer of refund. Additionally, the tip was left off the receipt but still charged.

They cancelled my order and didn’t tell me. They took the money and said my pizza was out for delivery and it never came. I called and asked for a refund and they said they will refund it later on. So I called the next day and it wasn’t cancelled in the system. And they told me it would take 3-5 business days to give me my money back and it’s well past that and I still haven’t received it. It’s $50 worth of pizza that I never got.

I order at Fairborn Pizza Hut at least 4 days out of the week. Carl always makes sure to have my order correct each and every time! He always has a smile on his face and provides the best service possible. It’s because of Carl I continue to order each week. Thank you Carl!

Friendly staff but…. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you want an upset stomach!!!! I don’t understand what’s going on with this restaurant’s, they charge a lot of money but they’re cooking with disgusting old ingredients. Check on your marinara, throw away those rotten peppers you are charging people for that, if there’s a shortage of mushrooms do not advertise them. I’m extremely grossed out!

This is my first time eatting at this location since I just moved here and lemme tell you the pizza and service was amazing! The pizza was hot and fresh and so where the wings,our order was delivered really fast as well! I was worried cause everytime i order a gluten free pizza from some where they mess it up but they cooked it perfectly and I was very satisfied.

Ok I’ve given them several chances now and I’m done with this store. I’m so sick of them taking my money and giving me a disgusting half raw pizza. It’s so under cooked it won’t even come close to tearing in slices. It’s just a soggy mess that falls apart like it’s still raw dough. Don’t consider for one second that I’m unsure what I’m talking about. I didn’t have this issue consistently untill about a month ago so I’m pretty sure what it looks like when dough has that thick dark almost green tint to it

Never had an issue with the food quality (in fact, it’s always been great!). The problem is actually getting the food. We’ve tried to order numerous times only to be met with a message that they’re no longer accepting orders. If you order after 8 PM, there’s a good chance they won’t even take the order. We actually managed to get one through last night, only for it to get transferred to Doordash & arrive hours after it was supposed to be here. At one point we tried to switch it to carry-out, or even just cancel it, but the website wouldn’t let us & when we tried to call, nobody would answer the phone. So we got stuck waiting for a single cold pizza to get here almost 4 hours after placing the order.
