The worst experience we have ever had. Normally don’t do delivery but we had a lot going on Friday. The first set of photos are from this location. We called back to complain, and the manager John assured us that he personally checked these items before they were delivered. This means the quality control, pride in your work, customer service, and expectations are not high enough for us to continue to spend our hard earned money with you all. Why would you be ok with sending this out the door?

Ordered delivery but it went to the wrong hotel door. Also took over 2 hours when estimated delivery was 25-35 minutes. Unfortunately they only do DoorDash. I would encourage anyone who orders to pick up themselves if they want it in a timely manner.

Just ordered from here. The delivery guy shows up with the complete wrong order down to the receipt and proceeds to tell me he’ll go back to the store and grab the right order. I call up and ask if I could have my order remade so it’s not cold since they sent me someone else’s order. The first girl was perfectly understanding so no blame on her, but when I guess she put the “manager” on the phone let’s just say I was told “it’s not our problem” “no we will not remake anything” and being nothing short of a b****

I’ve used this Pizza Hut several times and have always had an issue. They use DoorDash to deliver their food because the manager says she can’t find anyone that wants to work. If you order delivery from this location your food may take 1-2 hours to get to you, or the manager just may call after you’ve been waiting for your food for an hour and say, “I’m sorry but I’m having an issue with getting DoorDash to come and pickup your food, if you want it you are going to have to come and pick it up! If you expect any kind of fast service to come from this location, you will be highly disappointed! Avoid this place at all cost!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We called @ 7:06pm to place an order. 8:12pm we called checking on our order. When you call the “store” ph# you’re actually getting the call center. Every rep said they were sending me to the store! I talked to 12 reps! I asked them to stay on the line when they xfer me to the store. The 1st 9 reps claimed they couldn’t stay do that, but rep #10 offered to stay on the line when he xfrd the call. And that’s the only time I got the store & the woman at Pizza Hut hung up on me! Called back & spoke w/ reps 11 & 12 We finally got our luke warm, hard nasty melts @ 9:06pm! 2hrs after placing the order. The store was rerouting the calls xfrd from the call center back to the call center. Pizza Hut do not deserve my business. Especially not the 1 on 10591 Springfield Pike Cincinnati OH. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ll put pizza sauce, pepperonis & cheese on bread & toast it before I order from Pizza Hut again.

November 11, 2022 was my first time trying the Pizza Melt. It was delicious. I don’t like a lot of sauce on pizza and the dipping sauce was on the side. The Meat Lovers was awesome.
