I think management should look at cameras on this date (7/15/23) and hopefully fix whatever happened. Guess someone left the staff hanging. Kudos to the 3 staffmembers there + dish dude that stuck it out because everything was just so unorganized and wrong it was truly indescribable.

There should be a 0 star option. We ordered a pizza and paid over the phone over an hour ago. We were told 25-35 minutes delivery. We called back to check on our order and were told the system has been down since 8:00 so she does not know how an order was placed. Our card was also charged twice for the order and all the manager could say was “I don’t know.”

Absolutely horrible. I will never order there again. I continuly get a shamed pizza box where the cheese is on top of the box. And I get other shamed products like my chicken wings and cinnamon rolls. I called and they gave me a “credit”. I haven’t order in a few weeks and went other places to order. Came back for my credit and it wasn’t there.

I don’t know if it’s allowed (proper spelling, you know who you are), but employees from there made several pizzas on an off day… holiday, and gave them out to people at a bar. For free. Which was nice but I’m sure it wasn’t allowed. They were closed. And it was multiple pizzas!
