We visited the Georgetown Oh location today, 11/23/22 around 7pm. We were greeted immediately and seated within 1 minute of walking in the door. Our server was apparently brand new, I didn’t catch his name but he was tall, had long hair neatly pulled back with a hat on as well…early 20s. We had our drinks immediately and our order was taken promptly. Our breadsticks came out first followed shortly by the 2 pizzas we ordered. The food was outstanding! Hot, very fresh, lots of toppings and the order was correct. Our table was checked on several times, we received prompt refills and to go boxes when we were heading out. I want to mention the manager, he was wearing a flannel shirt, headset and had a few tattoos on his fore arms- this man was seating people, cleaning tables, wiping off the salad bar, checking on guests that were seated, bringing refills to other tables, cashing people out and working in the kitchen. He was doing everything right and working absolutely every station in the place. Between our great server and the food, our dinner tonight was great! I do want to mention in case anyone from corporate is reading- the restaurant was absolutely FREEZING and several other tables were making comments as well so it wasn’t just me being cold natured. The parking lot is also VERY, VERY DARK. The front is dimly lit by the very dim street lights but the back where we had to park was pitch black and a little surprising that there are no lights on in the parking lot. The food was very good and the service was top notch but the one thing that brought the dining in experience down was that from the time we sat down till we left there was a ringing sound that came on at least 20 times and it was seriously loud enough to disrupt an nice meal. Just not stop ringing like it’s the oven or the phone. But It was very distracting and you’d have to speak up just to talk over it. Other wise I’d rate this pizza hut with a 3, maybe even a 4 star review.

Staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. The New Yorker style pizza was not my cup of tea. I do however, enjoy their other pizza, salad and breadsticks.

So I ordered carry out around 8:00 PM on a Friday night. I was told that there would be a 45 minute turn time. I get there around 45 minutes and still had to wait half an hour until the food was ready. I get that Friday nights are usually very busy for restaurants. But this restaurant was understaffed and disorganized. Unfortunately I live local and this is the way it’s been for several years. The pizza is great but their wings are the best that I’ve had. It’s just unfortunate that a restaurant like this is disorganized like it is. Their customer service is decent for lunch. But when they get busy for supper, you’ll have to wait 10 minutes to be cashed out. I hope they can find a way to be more efficient. Good luck to them.

Service was great. Our server was very attentive and the food was good. I gave a 4 star because I felt the crust on my pan pizza was a little overcooked. All in all, we will definitely go back there next time we want Pizza Hut.

Got a large stuffed crust pizza with a garlic butter crust and a 4 pc garlic bread with cheese. My little blonde waitress was peppy and adorable. She even made my pizza herself. It was a good experience and only cost 23$ including the drink. The lobby is open so you can finally have a nice meal out. 5 stars for service and great tasting food. I would recommend eating at this pizza hut location.

Awful food. My sandwich wasn’t even ran through the oven. The little lady there working was struggling to keep up because she was the only person working. Felt bad for her. Pizza was undercooked and half of the equipment was broken.

They hire people that can’t speak good English that’s from America. My food was 1/2+ late. Told me my order was out but they still had it at the restaurant. They don’t answer there phone. Just wow! We’re is customer service? Not here apparently.

I have no clue what’s going on in Georgetown Pizza Hut the girl who thinks she’s a manager needs to go the assistant is always on his phone And rude as hell.. so is she. My family eats dirt 3 times a week and I’m about to switch because of them

I like this Pizza Hut! It’s one of the last true Pizza huts around. I have been going to this one for nearly 40 years! 🙂 it still looks the same inside and out. Love it!
