I wish I could give a ZERO star for this location. I’m still shook up over an incident at the Lexington Ave. Location the a few days ago. Went through the drive thru & the bimbo at the window dropped the hot pizza in my lap & all over my clothes seat in car, & burned me, than by mistake trying to clean up the mess with napkins, which they didn’t provide, I dropped one out the window, the so called manager came out screaming and threatened me. Large stuff crust pizza was ready for me in a fast 15 minutes via the drive thru window! I expect it to be Pizza Hut good and it was! I heated left over pizza at 300 in my air fryer for 6 minutes and it was crunchy good next day!

This Pizza Hut just reopened after a remodel and there’s only one other in the US like it, so we thought we’d check it out. It has moved more toward fast food, which is something we didn’t like. However, the staff was great. One young lady dealt marvelously with a gentleman who asked an excessive number of sometimes condescending questions. Finding people with excellent customer service is near to impossible anymore. Food was good.
