Delivery was late..I was scheduled for 320pm..but didn’t arrive until hour later. Nonetheless, I ordered the wings..Garlic parm and honey bbq..they were ok..I have had better at the canton ohio location..this food is from the pizza hunt in Groveport oh

ordered dinner box and 8 boneless wings and was delivered 8 boneless wings and a personal pan pizza. waited another 40 mins for the correct order to be delivered. total waste of $27 as i dont want to eat re-heated dinner box the next day

Food is good but i ordered pasta and breadsticks . I did not get the breadsticks . Also they used DoorDash to deliver which I wasn’t expecting and it was delivered to the wrong building . I had no way to contact the driver so I had to go building to building looking for my food . No one would answer the phone at the store either even when I called before close.

Don’t really care for Pizza Hut because of past experiences but I saw the ad for the Big New Yorker Pizza for $13.99!! Should have known better than to fall for the tricks played in commercials!! The pizza in the commercial was not what I got!! Not even close!! Will never make that mistake again!

I paid 2 dollars per wing for garlic Parmesan they had a splash of sauce on them they were so dry! I called them and ask what the deal is she said that they were putting on amount they are told to so done with pizza gut thats the quality and service you can expect!

My order was initially wrong, so they had to remake the order so my other pizza was cold. Also, the deal was for 2 pizzas for $6.99 each, but my bill was $20.92. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but I do expect quality.

The last 2 times they failed to deliver the 2 liter soda in my order. This is probably the last time I’ll order from here even though I do like their pizza. There’s plenty of other pizza places to order from instead.

Great selection, great food, usually speedy delivery! Leaving off a star due to their deals in the app doesn’t work the way it should. Plus, I was charged an “additional fee” when I used my rewards for free wings.

Never again will I order from this pizza hut. Seems like they like to add there own tip to your order. $4 charge was added for a tip that I didn’t give. Because I always give cash as a tip.

Stopped here while on vacation since we don’t have Pizza Hut in NY and we can say enough positive things about this location. The staff went above and beyond 5 ⭐️. They were so courteous and friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, just the way we wanted it. This is definitely the best Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Date was 07/01/2022 at 1-1:30pm
