My family and I visited your Pizza Hut location on Tusc. today for lunch. We had a wonderful experience. Most of our happiness is due to our waitress, Calista. She was nice, fun, prompt and helpful. The food was great, too, as always. We will be back. Thank you, Calista!

This location has gone downhill all the way down to the staff and drivers. I ordered a pizza, I DID NOT order contactless delivery yet my food was left to sit out in the cold on my porch. When I contacted the location I got the rudest representative that could ever work in a customer based setting, whom basically told me “oh well, the driver tried to call you and rang the door bell” then proceeded to hang up on me because I felt like his responses were unacceptable. The driver even lied and said she rang my doorbell, she did not, I have no reason to lie about that. Ive been sitting in my living room for over an hour waiting on this pizza, if the driver rang my bell like she claimed I would have heard it. I don’t know if these are new hires or what but my service has never been this bad at this location. Needless to say, they won’t be getting anymore of my business after tonight.

Ordered a bundle that included a large pizza, pasta and 2 litre. I received the food, but no 2 litre. No text to say the order was delivered and did not follow delivery instructions. When I called to see if the cost of the 2 litre could be deducted from my bill, was told no. I don’t see why not, I think they’re just too lazy to correct their mistakes. Too bad you have to leave the tip BEFORE you get your order. I would not have left a 20% tip.

The worst service in this area…ordered at 6:10pm 2 + hour wait 8:30 and I live 5 minutes away or less. Pie was cold and got hung up on twice trying to find my food. Never again Pizza Hut ps they had to return to bring my drinks they forgot.

Awful pasta was dry no lids on top just in a pizza box and they had door dash deliver it and box was not taped, so you don’t know the people bringing your food from door dash now and days , so anything could have been done or put in our food.

Unfortunately this location is very understaffed. The last few times I have ordered from them the orders have been missing food and the pizza was either cold and uncut, or burnt and not edible. Save yourself the stress and make pizza yourself for half the cost.
