I’ve never had a bad experience with food or service from this pizza hut. Obviously, if you order a pizza at 6 PM on a Friday there might be a bit of a delay, but ordering online and going through the drive thru have always sped things up for me.

Where do I start, Horrible customer service, long wait times, they never have delivery drivers, and they dont let you know before hand that theyll be using doordash I dont recommend this place unless you want to wait almost 2 hours for your food.(addition) Not to mention when I called to find out about the food that I order that was over an hour late the girl on the phone had a nasty attitude and shamed me for calling and bothering them almost like saying how dare I call them to check on my order. and she was not trying to let me talk to her manager when i asked. Please dont waste your money on this place ppl.

Went for the salad bar. Disappointing. Brown lettuce and almost empty ingredients. Three tables in the place. All three had someone going to the salad bar. Thought they would have made sure it looked good and had been stocked. Guess it was not a priority.

Ordered for 6:30. Was in line at 6:22. Line did not move until I left the line at 6:49. Went inside and was not acknowledged for another 5 minutes. Around 7, I got a luke warm pizza.

Just had the worst meal we have ever had from Pizza Hut! We ordered 2 medium hand tossed pizzas that were at best – thin crust. They were overcooked and like tough leather to chew. We ordered hut favorite seasoning on the crust and as you can see in the photos, there was none (this is the 2nd time for this error from this restaurant). The bread sticks were tough to chew as well. The chocolate chip cookie actually had burnt chips on the bottom so the cookie tasted scorched. Not a huge reviewer, but I am just so tired of getting bad food for the money I pay.

Tonight I ordered food and when it came time to pick up my order after sitting at the drive thru for about 15 minutes and eventually two cars behind me waiting as well no one came to the window, it looked obvious that the store was indeed open. Lights on radio playing at a moderate level (they could hear a casual knock on the window let alone blaring my horn) drove around to the front the door was locked. No one appeared in the store. Tried calling and it rang for several minutes no answer. (8:00pm) I left and got food elsewhere. Not thinking anything passed it , hours later around 11:00pm Codey Csonka called me to inquire in why my order was still here, offered to have one of his drivers bring it to me. He was at another location and once I let him know of the situation he was incredibly apologetic and offered several ways to remedy the situation including letting his store manager know. Although the initial scenario was an incredible fail on the locations side he demonstrated a gigantic show of professionalism in customer service and genuine care for the consumer. I wasn’t going to spend money here again instead use the 91 and 619 location if it weren’t for his actions. I also am in a line of work to offer excellent customer service and Codey knocked it out of the park. All lines are recorded so I’d suggest using the call as training material when hiring and promoting workers. Outstanding Codey, if I see you at the store in the future I’m giving you a personal tip.

If I could give it a zero star I would. It is quite literally 0.1 miles from where we live and after almost 2 hrs, we never got our food. We ordered a little after 5:30 for delivery and said it would be delivered within 30-40 minutes. After an hr with no food we called and asked where our food was and they told us that we had ordered carry out instead of delivery even though our confirmation email stated it was for delivery. They said it would be there in 10 minutes and after another hr there was still no food. The “1st” order was only for $20 and they canceled it and charged us for $26 instead after we called about our food and then noticed they canceled that order as well as if they never intended to deliver our food. Definitely doing Romeo’s instead from here on out, their food has always been amazing and on time.
