I stopped going to this place long ago, but I saw Big New Yorker offerr and decided to give this business another try. Umm, Ewwwww! Ordered Big New Yorker with extra cheese only, and they didn’t even put the extra cheese! Ordered online, hubby picked it up. He didn’t look at the pizza before leaving, smh. Money wasted because it was the sorriest pizza I’ve ever seen! The quality is still going downhill I see.

Picking up delivery for doordash. The staff at this Pizza Hut location were super nice. Everything was hot and ready when I arrived. They also took the time to bag together smaller items and provided me with a insulated pizza delivery bag to help keep the customer’s order hot during the delivery. Never.. I repeat never use this Pizza Hut they screw up your orders they undercook the pizza then they send you email saying that credited your account and when you try to use it it’s not there and they screw you over again. Use any other pizza place in canal Fulton or any nearby town that avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs

The team was prepared with my order when I reached there. The instructions for the order were clearly followed and there was no error in making the pizza. I usually request a vegetarian pizza, but I often find some meat lurking around in the pizza, so thank you team for not adding any meat to the pizza. I had a special order that was half and half, the team did a good job of cutting at the right spots for the halves, the ingredients were not flying around and the pizza was hot until i took it home(on a cold night). The team greeted me well at the pick up counter.
